I have one of your alarms The one which is in this video I have a fault light on all the time I’ve changed the batteries I’ve got rid of the beeping every 30 seconds but I can’t get rid of the fault Light it’s been on for about two years now I change the batteries every eight months roughly can you help me please to get rid of this amber light thank you Gary
Has anyone had the" System reached none" problem ? When this is displayed there seems to be no way to reset the alarm. Yale don't answer their phones so I got hold of them on twitter and basically they have no idea. Ideas please.
@@jpooky9141 Yes,it went off when I was on holiday,I heard it through the CCTV, when I got back home I ripped it off the wall and put it in the bin, never been stressed since.
@@chrjf887 managed to work it out just had to keep pressing the up arrow button there was 16 instances of the same pir sensor once you've scrolled through it clears

Why won't the alarm pick up on the second ring of a mobile to arm it remotely.

My alarm siren randomly goes off even when the alarm is not set. The control panel shows no fault and remains silent. Anyone had this problem?
