- Just a quick before and after comparison of a stock 2001 Suzuki Carry DB52T Mini Truck. We added a 2" Lift kit, HD Front Coil Springs and some 185/60-14 M&S Radial Tires on 14" Alloy Wheels. Still To come, Custom front and rear bumpers and a Warn 4000 lb multi-mount winch kit!

+Hightech Redneck Backyard Barn the Suzuki Carry is actually really impressive! I just did the winch multi-mount wiring today with a corded remote mounted in the glove box and a rocker switch on the drivers side. They are so easy to mod and wire. There are all kinds of places to mount things and pass wires too it's almost as if they expect you to add upgrades! Awesome trucks for sure.

What are the original tire size? Mine has the off road tires and I think they are larger, making my speedo read lower (impressions only). If you use the offroad tires do you get a road whine? Mine is noisy but since is mostly a work truck, I don’t mind. Just for my info only.

you ended up with a 3 inch lift 2 from the lift kit and 1 inch from the tires plus you started at 72 and went to 75 inches

👍They are ET 38. You would need to run spacers on a 1990.

Hi. How’s it going? I own a 2002 Suzuki Every Plus or ERV here in Malaysia. Do you sell lift kits for this model. DA32W. Will I need to change my rear shocks if I lift the van to 3”. Thanks.
Hi there sorry no we don't have lifts for the DA32W Just the trucks sorry. they are similar but totally different rear suspension.
How did you handle the camber issue, I have a mits mini cab and to alter the spindles to square off camber , same exact 2 inch lift kit
From our experience the Mitsubishi was a lot worse than the suzuki. The suzuki is only out 3 or 4 degrees so it can be fixed with camber adjustment bolts on the struts or weld on camber plates depending on how far out you are.
Where can you purchase the Winch? On line since i live in the Philippines . Is there a online store where you can purchase accessories for the suzike mini trucks?
The winch is simply a standard ATV winch package that you can buy anywhere. What you can't buy a lot of places is the actual front hitch to put the winch on the truck. We get those custom built for our trucks locally from a custom fabricator.
Where are you located to do work
Is insurance on these things reasonable?
If I wanted to bump my 1994 Carry up to 14" rims would I need to lift it to for fender clearance, and in your opinion would it help my top speed RPM?
you shouldn't need to lift it if you stayed with a smaller tire say a 165/65-14. As that would only represent about a 6% increase in diameter I highly doubt you would see any appreciable drop in rpms. You can go bigger with a lift kit for sure but remember as you go bigger you also get heavier and more rotating mass so you might just end up with just a complete lack of top end power rather than the drop in RPMs that you are looking for.
So the shackle lift doesn't cause rear pinion angle problems? no shim under the leaf spring pad?
+Rock Wife we have only been doing the 2" lift which we really have not seen any issues with at all.

+Rock Wife always happy to chat! Also just as an aside I have definitely seen different trucks take to lifts better than others. By far from our experience the Newer Suzukis accept them very well. Other brands are still good trucks but fight lift kits like the plague.

Is there any particular model and year you guys favour in these different mini trucks?
It’s really going to depend what you intend to do with it... but for an off-road truck a Suzuki DA62T would be my pick since it has the new K6A engine but the front fenders have a bit more clearance than the newer DA63T which makes it easier to put bigger tires on.
But the Suzuki DA63T is awesome too so either one would be as good as a mini truck gets

+Allegronaut unfortunately we are only familiar with Canada. From what I understand it is governed by each State so I would recommend checking with your DMV

michael dev the rims are by Vision Wheel model 426 Cross. Just google them for their website as they should have several distributors in the us. The tires you can get from ant tire shop as they are nothing special. 185/60-14
Where are you getting the HD front Springs from?
We sell them if you are in Canada but we don’t ship to the US
