Purchasing my first 2 houses in Dubai is a testament to what smart financial decisions and perseverance can achieve. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Alright Vic,Investing typically demands a good understanding, and that's where having a financial consultant is invaluable. I've had the privilege of working with Regina Louise Collaro, an investment advisor affiliated with a licensed wealth management firm. She's widely recognized for her expertise, so you might have come across her name. With her support, I've attained financial security and now receive a steady monthly income through her successful approach. I mean not bad but $180,000 - $45000 for deposit is $135,000 owed.
Divided by a 5 year payment plan is $27,000 a year. That’s $2250 a month and the rent only covers $1000 a month so you’re $1250 in the hole.
    Am I missing something?

For sure this is a marketing hype video. I like the information Conor shared, but I agree with you, Tommy. Conor said the money from renting will cover the property cost for 5 years with a little extra, but that's only if he rents it out all the time for 5 years and still pays $1250 each month on top of what he earns from renting. So, the video might be trying to make the deal look better than it really is, maybe to get people excited and sell them something with their eyes wide open. Be careful with

Informative. I predict you will become a realtor in long term. I believe if you are employed in Dubai, you are eligible to get 10x salary (depending on employer rating) as a loan from banks at a very low interest rate which can pay off the down payment as well provided one has a good credit history. Do developers give interest free payment plans for 5 years or is there any catch ?

I make a cash and cash return in the north of the United States of America with my verse income property of 29% a year up to 61% a year to the best rental property. Of course I speak about cash on cash return not full payment of the property in cash….. so why would I go to primitive like United Arab Emirates?
