Make the horrific events be either human-made horrors (torture and similar) or the protagonist's PTSD kicking in

I've played Into-the-Deep before, that map creeped me the heck out and it looks like something that is already happening IRL which adds more creep factor to the game

Creepy Or Not
In_to_the_deep was pure hell when the map has 30 suspects (before the OCT/2022 patch that reduces the number of suspects in a map) I still remember someone shooting at me wearing bomb vest from Neon Tomb.
never expect how with reshade and other mods, that even older games and modern alike can now casually capture the essence of a body cam.
Had to put this in the nylon bed time playlist.

For extra scares, silencers in Ready or Not are obviously a lot more powerful than real silencers, so the enemies don't hear your shots like they would in real life. So taking off your silencer gives away your position. If you get an A.I. mod like the Fallujah A.I., you get even more scares. Good luck :>

Thanks for sharing the base mods you used but i think what really makes this sort of gameplay scary is all of the sounds and i myself have no idea how to add them.
To change sounds you need to find the sound file you want to replace in the game’s local files (ex: “playerheard_1” etc) and take the sound file you want to replace it and copy the original file’s name to the new one, then just replace the original sound file with the new file with the original’s name

Just out of curiosity, did you try to play the map "Shifter Exposition"? It's the only true horror modded map in RON, with ghosts and the like.

And tbro is playing on the Twisted Nerve map, that thing already creeps the shit out of me without mods. 😭😭 And those suspects are just wild, all of em is a perfect example of "Guys, dont do drugz, or this will be you in the future.", the devs fr made the drugz effects to be visible on em. And the way they hide under the bunkbed... creeps. And dont even talk bout the tunnels.
Even worse is that the suspects and civies will use the same model, so you can’t even tell unless you can see them wielding a gun
