His total body strength and balance on ice is incredible and he does not look all bowed up!!He literally throws her several feet over his head and catches her whole body weight and then propels her again into the ice to skate backwards!!!! I’d love to see this whole performance! She too has amazing strength to land so gracefully and to recover from all that spinning and skate BACKWARDS! My word! These two are amazing!

@@cervantesAi , same. I am neurodivergent (ADHD, autism) and have related dyspraxia / developmental coordination disorder. It is essentially a neurological disorder that causes clumsiness. Tripping over your own feet, breaking things accidentally, etc. I ended up needing physical therapy for chronic pain, and learning proper body mechanics, posture, and diaphragmatic breathing have helped me improve my balance and coordination slightly. It's amazing to me that some human brains and bodies are capable of stuff like the stunt shown in the video. Neurodiversity and physical diversity among humans is a fascinating thing.

Can you imagine having that level of trust with everyone and all of them- every single one was there to catch you with you fall, fly, soar, trip tumble.... What a wonderful world it would be.

I trained with the same coach as them and he passed away a few years ago. Sometimes I watch this program just to see him in the back or at the kiss and cry. I think this was one of his proudest moments in life and I love watching him be so happy. I miss him so much❤️

We actually don't typically get dizzy when doing jumps since they're not as many rotations as spins!
I came to to mention the part her skirt had to play in capting the eye.
