Love that old Model A dump truck. My Dad had a 1929 ton and a half something like this one.

Another outstanding video - Thanks for taking us along. Wonderful to see an unprotected historical site unmolested by vandalism and theft. I imagine this is due to the extreme remoteness of the area that is accessible only for a few months each year by extremely skilled bush pilots.

Thanks David... Yes If people are fortunate enough to visit this mine it's worth it. But best to resist taking a momento home with you. 👍

Love your videos and flying. I might suggest on this one removing the name of the mine and reference to the other strip, making it much harder to figure out where it is, and therefore perhaps help preserve one of the few undisturbed old mines in the state.

I may be wrong or just Naive but like to think that anyone who can afford the air taxi flight in or even the cost of flying their personal aircraft there are also of the caliber to not molest this sight. Nothing there has anywhere near the value as the costs of getting there. Just my thoughts 🤔

Side bar question….how are the bugs?

The bugs were Not bad Only because of the 8- 10 mph wind 😜 Otherwise I'm sure it could be quite buggy.
