I've got to show this to Bethe, her last run in with a brown bear we never got closer than 300 yards, and she didn't like it at all. ;-)

Yes, That big dark Brown bear with her 2 cubs just kept closing the distance on us. She was more comfortable with it than I was. Big Beautiful Bear though..👍
