My husband and I raised our (2nd Sons) Twin boys since 18 months old. They graduated this year with Honors. They served 4 years in ROTCJR in high school. They both leave in August 2021 to server in the military.1ST goes to VMI . The 2nd to the USAF. THEY ARE GREAT YOUNG MEN, COULDN'T BE MORE HUMBLED TO SEE HOW THEY HAVE COMMITTED THEMSELVES TO SERVE IN SUCH TROUBLED TIMES. I KNOW GOD WILL BE WITH THEM. Thank You for your service.
I was drafted on May 19, 1965 and this month on May 19, 2021 was my 56th anniversary. I served 22 years. I have seen people change so much. Thank you for the story of Taps. May God bless. Take care and thank you for your service.

Had a draft number of 52 back '70 so I dodged that draft by joining the paratroopers. Preacher passed after 40 years of service. His young replacement eager to bond with the eldest of the congregation asked... would the survivors of the great depression please stand and share the physical measures taken that got you through. The only surviving couple there stood proudly and the husband answered... We were finally able to afford a horse for the first time in our young marriage. We salted it down and made it through just fine. ~? A ladder to heaven was loaded with ascending moles. Each rung had a different denomination. Each also agreed they could smell breakfast cooking. (It is here you can feel free to assign the breakfast item to their belief.) After all moles had finished; there was left an atheist mole at the bottom rung. When each mole above asked in unison; what do you smell?
