The best garlic mashed potatoes I ever had they put 2 large whole cloves of garlic into the water with the potatoes and cooked it all together. Amazing!
very creative sides ...i bought a deep freezer n i absolutely love it ...i don't know how i managed before with just a tiny one ...i would love to get into freezer meals but for now i have like batch cooked things to help me out ... like marinara sauce ready to go/enchilada sauce/refried beans/roux even onion gravy oh n pizza sauce just to name a few ...to help me so i can bring a meal together quicker ..but your ideas are amazing ...im curious of how they all come out as i remember i froze a egg casserole once n it didn't work for me the texture was way off ...i do believe the potatoes were why it went wrong so im gonna start with some of these sides n get into it that way so big thankyou .. im so chuffed I've found your channel ...your food looks vibrant and tasty ...🌷🌷
Thanks Susie! I hope you find lots of good ideas in our videos. Yes, it was the potatoes likely that made the egg casserole texture funny. Potatoes don't freeze well unless they are already cooked or are already frozen (like hash browns or tater tots).
It seems as if serving size is so subjective, so I don't usually say, but the full meals serve 4-6 usually. Our family is larger (9) and they do serve our whole family, but that's because I add side dishes to stretch it out when it's a smaller main.
Love your videos but I noticed that you have a significant amount of weird background noises going on that distracts quite a lot from the content - not sure if you noticed but it's pretty loud and makes some of what you say hard to understand... I love your videos though but just wasn't sure if you were noticing them but they're coming through on my speakers very pronounced... Love these side dishes though especially that buffalo broccoli (and/or cauliflower) ranch side! ^_^
Sorry about the background noise. I think mostly it's my fridge. I am looking into a microphone type option that might make my voice clearer and in the meantime, most of my videos do have closed captioning. My apologies again about the sound quality.
@@FreezerMeals101 I'm not sure - it sounded mostly like things possibly really close to the mic - sometimes it was crinkling and sometimes it felt like it was knocking against things. Do you have a paypal or a place to send a donation toward a mic? I don't have a lot to contribute at the moment due to a really high car repair bill but I really love your videos and want to see them keep happening!! Y'all are AWESOME!

Sorry, Sharla, the sound on this one was tough for me. Not a good idea to use the audio from camera that is closer to the food than to you.
