Honestly, they should add some more or more variations every update or just every now n then. Would love to get those vest, bandanas, balaclava, ski masks, glasses n eyewear maybe, first responder uniforms, military uniforms, gloved outfits and more
The only thing i hate from this game, is that there's zombies wherever you go. I love villages and cities being over run by zombies. But in middle of nowhere or farm fields? Why must be a zombie every 2 meters wherever you go? Damn
Especially after you've cleared them out, just warps in after you've left. That stretch between winchester hill and the truck stop in the starting map is a big offender, somehow always a horde or 3 and a feral despite crossing there twice a day running them all over, my base clearing anything at the vase of the hill, me clearing all around the top of the hill.
Thank God, I've been complaining about this for a long time. It's unfair that zombies randomly spawn during large combat parts over and over and 9ver out of nowhere AND EVEN IF YOU KILL A MILLION OF THEM, the map stays dark red and never clears up
I really hope state of decay 3 takes it to a whole new level, not just in map size but slowly build a community into population count of 30s or 40s with other enclaves that you can run into doing their own looting and not just sitting in a set location
Yes. More world action taking place as enclaves get settled, outposts claimed, etc. I’d really like enclave favor to be gained inherently by helping their members as you come across them in the open world, assisting them with various tasks that are not mission related. Another thing I would like, would be the option to find and improve characters for the player community, then emplacing them within enclave groups where you can slowly improve their standing until they come to lead those enclave groups. Imagine if you had to befriend enclaves, provide them with a quality member of your team, slowly grind that team member’s standing in the enclave, and only once they claimed leadership of an enclave could you influence that enclave to join the player community (if you so choose). I think this process would vastly improve the feeling of enclave growth and investment as well as slow down the players ability to simply absorb allied enclaves or entirely disband them by recruiting a single member away from them.
I would like to see a leadership mechanic where you can appoint people to a leadership role over departments Department of Agriculture Department of security Etc And who you appoint as leader effect everyone who falls under that department
Only thing I want from State of Decay, whether that be an Update for 2 or a feature in 3. I really want the human Enclaves to be more of a presence. I want them to grow, expand, fight, have conflicts. Etc.
The zombies spawning randomly was my biggest complaint as well because "clearing" somewhere always felt like a waste of time since you would never truly clear the area. I think using the hordes and having one or two just branch off somewhere is a good solution to keep zombies "spawning" around the map instead of there just being another 10 zombies jumping you out of nowhere after you just killed the first 10. Another thing is the difficulty of hostiles. It is extremely annoying dying to a hostile from one or two gunshots after unloading 3 mags into them. Its just so much of a waste and sometimes killing them isn't even worth it they usually have nothing or trash.
I'm still waiting for them to rework hostiles. In my opinion, they are the worst aspect of the game. I have beaten the game on Lethal but that's also because I completely avoided hostiles as much as possible and cheesed them with bloater gas grenades and grenade launchers when I did have to fight them. In my opinion, using zombies and freaks against hostiles should be a viable option.
They've been messing with spawns from enclaves so I'm hoping that might be the final piece to this game before SOD3 comes out. Keep in mind though I think Undead Labs previously has mentioned that for technical reasons its hard to implement certain things but we'll see what Wushu can do!
@@SunnyGamesYTI think the customization with the curveballs is what they should do with hostiles! If they can’t technically fix them, give people the option to customize how they function

@@guilliman1990i agree that it is good how the consequences and occurrences can realistically change the game and how you go about things completely at any time. But i will say 100+ plague hearts is a bit excessive if you ask me😂. Fun challenge imo tho
“No one here’s judging you if you want to do nothing but positives and just want to have a blast” wish the official discord had this mindset, it’s toxic as hell
Yeah, just having a game option "zombie respanw - off/on" would be awesome. Just the choice. Sometimes I want to play in respawn hell but sometimes I just want to liberate the entire map
@@loungelizardsss Realistic Spawn, its a mod that makes game start harder then progressively easier the more you clean hearts. Zombies are gone when you clean the hearts.
i wish this game had more of a rts side feature, like outpost expansion base building and city control and sieges. like really big settlements and td aspects to it. aside from that this game is pure golden.
That headless curveball has my attention. I've always maintained that compared to SOD1 the Zeds in 2 feel like they're walking around with water balloons for heads which pop if you look at them wrong. In SOD they were frightening, they felt solid, and it wasn't hard to get in over your head without realizing it. In 2 you mow them down by the dozens so bringing back some of that struggle is a good thing.
SOD1 in general was more scary and frightening than SOD2. I felt like I nearly had a heart attack when I first got ambushed by a feral in SOD1. I never got that same kind of adrenaline-rushing fear moment in SOD2
@@Helvigster The first time I heard a feral howl in the woods outside the church wall at night I just froze. SoD1 ferals are scary in the daylight, in the woods at night when you can't see them they're terrifying. A tip to make SoD2 more intense is to turn down the gamma so that night looks like night rather than daytime with a blue filter. When all you can see 20 ft away are eyes in the dark you don't feel much like blindly exploring.
I love number 1 for its actual story and different communities (RIP police station guys and the judge they got hammered by a horde) but I was less frightened since blood plaque and hearts weren’t a problem except for my one guy that got it randomly rip. While in number two I won’t go out at night since I’m playing on the hardest difficulty and the plaque actually has me scared.
I do wish they would add more outfits in the game especially military and police I have a full settlement of army and police veterans I just want them to look the coolest
How far we've come, since you first datamined Black Plaguehearts! I never dreamed it would be this much fun. It's like a whole new game. Very scary. Always love your videos!
Ya I remember when I saw a tip on my loading screen telling me that "every inch is crawling with zombies. No where is safe." So it's good to hear about the new zombie spawns
The plague hearts awakening when threatened or if you caused to much havoc in a certain area completely changed the game for me for ever. Because it meant my usual tactic of picking away at them little by little to expand my influence doesn't work anymore. Because as soon as i kill one it starts an arms race between me and the hearts. So now I have to play extremely stealthy until I have enough firepower and resources to launch an assault. Which combined with me not being able to claim any outposts unless all hearts in the area are destroyed is painful. It forced me to get my resources through bartering with enclaves and looting.
5:45 This is just me but I feel like that's the entire point of this genre, players are living in a world where the problem...is people! Well, people turned into monsters but the sheer population density is what really brings you down, not so much the zombies themselves. This is the reason I feel why "zombie games" in general have never quite captured the full scope of of this genre because ya there's supposed to be MILLIONS of them! But I digress, I'm still happy to see this new change coming up and that they're still working on this game, incredible.
Population density is the key factor. God help anyone in Manhattan but if you're in some crossroads town in the middle of nowhere a day's shamble from the nearest city you might spot ONE every few miles. That precisely what was being talked about. Higher density in areas that make sense and lower likewise in areas that make sense as opposed to just appearing constantly from thin air because video game. I'm interested in seeing the feedback on it for sure.
This is probably one of my top 3 games I'm holding out on for this decade. I genuinely hope they take as much time as they possibly need to finish world building, mechanics, multiplayer etc, it has potential to be one for the ages; nothing else compares!
SOD3 Wishlist 1. Dynamic Weather 2. Actual Scope View, not just a crosshair that gets smaller! 3. Base building, having zombies just break open a gate/door is LAME (you mean to tell me a group of survivors couldn't reinforce a gated house/building? 4. Better AI NPC's (good/bad/neutral) that actually are wandering around the map doing what they normally would independent of what the player is doing, unless the player actually interacts with them or they have ill intentions and detect the player. 5. Larger maps 6. City maps similar to SOD1 7. A Skill tree system rather than the SOD2 stat/star system. Be able to be good at a variety of things, rather than locked into one style of fighting/shooting.
One of my immediate requests when Boons and Banes were discovered was to be able to select if you wanted only negative events. The level of personalisation in the menus is awesome - even though I haven't yet tried them out! But watching this video makes me want to try right away! Great video Sunny, very intrigued as to what new spawn mechanics might look like. 👍😎
no companion/follower tune ? we just need "wait here", and "stay close" command, or auto retreat at certain % of hp. so we can REALLY bring follower on lethal... also the zombie spawn that follow example of tv show ? no they arent, on tv/movie if u see a bed empty there will be still empty after you doing 360 rotation.
Sounds good, one thing i really wish they would add in sod3 is a freakless mode with more zeds, like the walking dead mod works basically, i hate having to rely on mods to play stuff how i like but it is what it is!!
so true and kind of unfair to have a freak spawning on ur back just right after u look away for second. ive had that one time spawned a horde with a plagued juggernaut on an escort mission. rip that guy
Great video man! My mom and I have finally made the transition over to Dread Zone difficulty, and it's been so much more fun and seemingly realistic for us to how it might actually be in the zombie apocalypse! Can only imagine how insane Lethal will be for us when we get there... Thanks for the video and adding the interesting comments from the Undead Labs developer. Hoping we get to see some State of Decay 3 footage at the Xbox Direct in June!!!
The thing that has always bothered me about this game (which gets even more irritating in general) is not so much the spawning of general zombies, but the spawning of freak zombies and freak hordes specifically. Like, I can open my save file and do LITERALLY NOTHING, and within two minutes there will be no less than three hordes, two screamers, a feral, three bloaters, and at least one juggernaut within the freak detection of my base. I can go to an area, feel confident that I drew the attention of any zeds in the area, take two steps towards a nearby building to loot, and suddenly a feral horde spawns like 5 feet to me left and is on top of me almost before I even know they're there. And, of course, the infamous road bloaters. So yeah, hopefully if they're working on zombie spawning, they're also working on frequency/range of freak zed spawning.
i definitely think a added customization would be cool it would make worlds outfits weapons and characters so much more unique and more fitting to your play through.
I’d like a slider in the options menu to change the frequency of other communities/survivors requests. I always come back to this magical game, but also every time I get burnt out because it feels like I’m playing’Trumbull Valley Stress Simulator’…. There is so much to do and explore in this game. The emergent gameplay opportunities that that provides is incredible, but it gets killed by all those requests over your radio; I feel I never really have the time to play the game at the pace it deserves.
Now whay would be real cool, is if the area had a limit as well. Its a small town 5000 people so if i killed 4999 there would only be one zombie left. So you could clear out a town for say a daybor two till a new heard wonders in.
On the 5 minute mark, I kinda disagree, zombies could be anywhere at anytime, and especially spawning in the places you won't want zombies, it feels very horde like, as it would be, although the visual of seeing them spawn is disappointing ect the ratio of humans to zombies is something like 1: 150k, I'd expect to see zombies in almost every nook and cranny (just my opinion tho, so exited for SOD3 😄😄)
I hope state of decay 3 has a city map it would be insane with this update or even like actual military bases with unique characters it has so much potential
I love how these updates are basically opportunities to test mechanics that can or will be used in 3. It's smart and a way to refine for 3 before release. Idk if all developers use updates in this way for other games, but they should. Not only does it make it look like you care about the current community of players, but it also helps you with your next product.
I would love dynamic weather that maybe could take outfits and facility mods into account. Snowy seasons, rain, etc. I honestly just want to select a map that is Snowy because I love snowy environments. Also more creative base design would be neat. Totally customizing a base and creating one from scratch would be epic
I was just thinking of this the other day!!! I think it’s crazy that there are always zombies everywhere and you can’t clear them out! I think it would be awesome to clear out zombies and then human threats become more of a thing.
The game needs a progression update in the sense you can colonize (more bases and bigger population) clear a map of zombies and move to the next map which will be harder. Make a new map, new enemies maybe infected wildlife, mutated human centipede bugs or a "creep" like the zerg that infests zones and have tentacles. Also a flamethrower would be great lol
Since the curveball update, I lost two of my best characters from my most OG characters (the 4 characters from Camp Osprey when you start your very first community) and that really hurt me to the core because I really liked to characters so much. All because of a bloody bloater that just spawned out of nowhere where a pack of blood feral lurking around and heard the bloater pop. I just came from a plague heart bust and I'm out of plague cures and there are no available buildings around just to turn to a quick outpost. I just have to watch my characters die because I really can't do something to it. I'm just glad that they're going to make some good changes to it.
If they're going to make this update work I think they will have to rework the map interface. Here's what I propose: make big location names visible on the map after visiting said location like a town, grey out the big locations of the map that you haven't visited yet and add a white question mark on them preventing the player from seeing how many plague hearts there are and what kind of terrain there is, visiting a scouting tower will make the big location name show on map with its terrain and plague hearts', howevering your mouse on the big location name will tell you in a pop up window how many plauge hearts/infestations/active missions there are and what is the zombie threath level or density and will show you a clear border for example in white color.
1. For me I wish that we could push off broken down vehicles, and once they are pushed off the road they should not reset unless another interaction with it was to occur. 2. Also we need to have fences that do not auto repair once you break it should remain broken. 3. Another cool feature would the ability to fortify your home base like have the ability to either craft or move home base wall improvements etc.
I wish we could get an option to clean up the roads. Like when we clear things in bases. Slaloming with the uneasy driving mechanics is frustrating. Especially as you can't drive for 2 seconds before a zombie jumps on your car.
Just want some characters that haven't been beaten with the ugly stick. Enclaves that actually do stuff besides whining to you for supplies would be nice too. Why does everyone have your radio frequency and expect you to drop what you're doing to do them a favor again? I guess the updates over the years are sort of nice, but they never address the true problem of this game. It's an empty world that quickly becomes delivery driver simulator for a bunch of ungrateful, passive aggressive, randomly generated bot-personality enclaves. The other thing to do is clear out plague hearts until you go insane. I don't have high hopes for 3.
I love the game! The warehouse needs to become a base. Maximum people should be 20. New territories. Other survivors should be able drive to your base to pickup items.
Yeah, a "weakness". One of mine was weak to bullets. On a fresh community. Of course I have 200+ spare 7.62 cal bullets in my locker. Which it needed to go down. Didn't help that it spawned in the middle of the map with a growing influence radius. Plus hyper alert zombies. Because that goes along well with having to use guns. Did I mention this thing was located in the bathroom, so you had no clear line of sight from the outside? Yeah, black plague hearts CAN be challenging fun. They can also be game breaking BS.
I just recently re-downloaded this game and noticed some differences with the limited time I had to play the game. I did not know how many things has changed but I am very happy with them!!
i remember the first time i got the purple hearth, its was also a melee one, but it was on Trumble Valley all the way near the forest cabins, after the tunnel, i had to walk a tooon plus i seriusly wasn't ready for that, i never killed a plague hearth with melee weapons before that, lol
I love how compassionate the studio and devs are with still updating SOD2 while making the new SOD3. I feel like the curveballs rejuvenated the game, after while it can become stale in my opinion. Also the latest update is amazing dropping off rucksacks at outpost 2 or higher has literally been a game changer love it.
I like the concept of the outpost sacks but never found it useful. I love the idea of a "Safe" house so I always end up surrounding my base with outposts so I can actually chill at base. With these better Spawns, maybe I'll start using them as FOBs again

Can't even hear the video out... REALISTIC ZOMBIE SPAWN!!! thats literaly my biggest wish since start... specialy if accesible for modders. The SINGLE biggest bad thing about mods like "The Waking Dead" with no specials but more hordes and zombie density was that they JUST spawned in right next to you... you scout out a house... its empty... but right as you walk in and "activate" the spawn the living room next to you suddenly has 20 Z's... if this gets better i love it.
I noticed with 2 different fresh communities, one with all positive curve balls maxed out and one with negative curve balls maxed out. The positive curve balls were much less frequent and they lasted about half of the time that the negative ones did, obviously not including the plague heart required ones. So, they definitely aren't balanced at all. Or maybe the frequency and intensity sliders didn't effect positive curve balls the same.
Agreed, and you should be able to sleep/rest when you’re fatigued/injured. I feel like that’ll make the game more fun for me rather than having to control each character at some point through the game
The game should spawn with one set of zombies, no respawn. Busier areas being more dense. And player actions can drastically effect theit movement and behaviors Then, have multiple off map spawning points where hordes of zombies enter the map, wander in a direction, and either spread out (disparate/break up), stay a wandering horde, or infect a building/s. What you do in game can affect the number and density of incoming hordes (like 5 level 3 hordes, etc) Off map spawns don’t necessarily need to be at the edge of the map btw.
One of the things that always kept me from playing Lethal was the abusive respawn of zombies, maybe with this update I will finally have a chance to play on this difficulty, and speaking of difficulty I believe that increasing the number of zombies has not proven very effective, Since there are people who play on lethal difficulty easily, I think it would be interesting to further ration access to plague cure items, or implement some type of mechanic where the player who is bitten by a zombie is definitely doomed to die. in a few days or hours, in any case it is a good update and preparation for mechanics that can be used in the next game in the series.
Idk how well it would actually work but my dream zombie game would have spawns basically only on the boundaries of the map or region so when you clear a place it actually stays clear unless new zombies wander in. But I know with current specs it would be hard or impossible to track individual zombies like that
I wish I knew this about curveball. I just finished my trader legacy but the meet up point was in range of a headless mutations curve. I ran out of shotgun ammo and had to pick up the raiders guns. If I didn't have a sniper tower I would never have killed the jug
I really hope they keep the formula of sand box with story and missions just make more in it if that makes sense like the ability to micromanage, undead animals, maybe a thirst or another bar to manage etc.
In state of decay 3 i want to see huge hordes with hundreds or thousands of zombies on screen and an option to decide what can of zombies pretty much like project zomboid and imagine having opportunity to have hordes of sprinting rage filled zombies that if any blood get into mouth or eyes of survivors they become 28 days later styled zombies.
I hope sod 3 can have a multiplayer system were you could interaction with random plays and you can chose like passive or aggressive servers pve or pvp
I wish at night that there was security perimeter lights like in the military like hesko barriers and huge lights maybe pulsar to draw in zombies for extra xp and influence
id like to see much bigger maps, and more maps. id like to see an option for more survival and crafting mechanics. ie chopping down trees, leave the stumps n they regrow next season, raising chickens, pigs, farming oats, wells, id like to see horses and horse riding. i wana see way more buildings options, if you combined this game with medieval dynasty youd have the perfect zombie survival game.
Does this mean there's no more spawner houses in Lethal? For those who don't know, in Lethal, entering a house may cause around 40-60 to spawn in small pods over and over again for no reason.
Dang I’ll be deployed before they add anything worthwhile like stuff you can find and collect a new weapon M4-CQBR Military new military helmets Green, Desert, Urban, BDU, Winter to match the tacticals, make a police outfit out of the red talon soldier or something hoping when I get back they added all of this
I want a character creator for 3. They could implement it similar to Death Road to Canada where if you don't chose a created character they can appear as a random survivor.
Thinking of picking the game back up. I played this game a lot maybe like 2 1/2 years ago and really enjoyed it. I’m surprised that the devs actually really still update this game as frequently and big as they do. Is it worth it to pick it back up? Does the game have a lot of new changes since the past 2 years?
Do you think they will ever update character deaths? Or I guess the option to be able to view the headstones in your community and remember who died and how? I feel like that’s one thing I always wished the developers would touch upon because sometimes I forget who died in my community and I think it would make it more meaningful, especially for the characters you miss the most

Nah makes it actually interesting games far far to easy it snowballs out of control. I wish there was a plague heart button to have 100+ hearts
@@guilliman1990i agree that it is good how the consequences and occurrences can realistically change the game and how you go about things completely at any time. But i will say 100+ plague hearts is a bit excessive if you ask me😂. Fun challenge imo tho
@@guilliman1990 if you play on pc there is a mod for more hearts

“No one here’s judging you if you want to do nothing but positives and just want to have a blast” wish the official discord had this mindset, it’s toxic as hell
What would be goodd, is being able to completely clear zones, finite zombies so you could completely disinfect a map.
Yeah, just having a game option "zombie respanw - off/on" would be awesome. Just the choice. Sometimes I want to play in respawn hell but sometimes I just want to liberate the entire map
I'm trying to loot every building on the map before changing, it would be very handy.
Yeah people even made a mod for that. So you start with a map FULL of zombies which clears up all the way to nothing by killing plague hearts.
@@ZeroXSEED Any idea what it is called?
@@loungelizardsss Realistic Spawn, its a mod that makes game start harder then progressively easier the more you clean hearts. Zombies are gone when you clean the hearts.
i wish this game had more of a rts side feature, like outpost expansion base building and city control and sieges. like really big settlements and td aspects to it. aside from that this game is pure golden.
i wish that too but since i realize it have xbox crossplay also...
nah, i wont hope much... more like engine limitation...
Would love some more depth to the Outpost and Base building as well. That has kind of always been the main selling point to me.
@@Vipre- that's how I play, and I don't blindly explore, I don't even leave yhe house at night.
No fr
wish modders would do this
Police uniforms aren't coming. They confirmed years ago that was a no-go.
@@kombatant2154 Pretty sure there are costume mods in nexus
I made all my survivor dress in US Marines camo pattern
How far we've come, since you first datamined Black Plaguehearts! I never dreamed it would be this much fun. It's like a whole new game. Very scary. Always love your videos!
Yeah I know! That was awhile ago too. The game has come super far and still being updated? Nuts! Thanks for the comment ♥
Dream big.
SOD3 Wishlist
1. Dynamic Weather
5. Larger maps
6. City maps similar to SOD1
7. A Skill tree system rather than the SOD2 stat/star system. Be able to be good at a variety of things, rather than locked into one style of fighting/shooting.
And customizing your characters name because I’m tired of having dumb randomly names for the characters
Yeah it really is a lot of fun and I know you'll be enjoying these menu's with your channel! Thanks as always Guru
no companion/follower tune ?
we just need "wait here", and "stay close" command, or auto retreat at certain % of hp.
so we can REALLY bring follower on lethal...
also the zombie spawn that follow example of tv show ?
no they arent, on tv/movie if u see a bed empty there will be still empty after you doing 360 rotation.
Sounds good, one thing i really wish they would add in sod3 is a freakless mode with more zeds, like the walking dead mod works basically, i hate having to rely on mods to play stuff how i like but it is what it is!!
Being able to keep growing and have multiple main bases would be amazing.
so true and kind of unfair to have a freak spawning on ur back just right after u look away for second. ive had that one time spawned a horde with a plagued juggernaut on an escort mission. rip that guy
That’s awesome and I’m rooting for you both to kick dread in the butt!
So yeah, hopefully if they're working on zombie spawning, they're also working on frequency/range of freak zed spawning.
i definitely think a added customization would be cool it would make worlds outfits weapons and characters so much more unique and more fitting to your play through.
infinite zombie spawning is lame af. about time they tried to fix it... I just really want SoD3 though.
Im just bloody waiting for SoD3 😢❤
@@tslater2005 SOD3? I've read it'll take a few more years. Like 2027 or later.
@@Numbono my guess is, we will hear something about release time in this year. We'll see..🍀
we need a new map T-T like a map with beach and near beach base!
I wish they'd do it up like Project Zomboid. Let us customize the game up the wazoo.
And the survival of the fittest aspect will be IMMENSE making sure only the best of characters survive in your run-through (on harder difficulties)
I cant belive they simply havent added more bases to existing maps or something. Theres so many cool spots id love a base.
Free building like you get in games like 76 or conan exiles
I was just thinking of this the other day!!! I think it’s crazy that there are always zombies everywhere and you can’t clear them out! I think it would be awesome to clear out zombies and then human threats become more of a thing.
Finally at least it feel worth to clean the place out. I hope they add also more recruits.
Everyone gangsta til the black plague heart spawn
Sounds amazing actually. Always pissed me off when I would literally full clear an area and 1min later there is 10 new Zs standing there
The game needs a progression update in the sense you can colonize (more bases and bigger population) clear a map of zombies and move to the next map which will be harder. Make a new map, new enemies maybe infected wildlife, mutated human centipede bugs or a "creep" like the zerg that infests zones and have tentacles. Also a flamethrower would be great lol
This is very good ! It gets annoying like zombies spawning everywhere and also when I clear a place they spawn again...
I could never understand why not just at least fix it a bit by not allowing zombies to spawn within a certain proximity of players.
1. For me I wish that we could push off broken down vehicles, and once they are pushed off the road they should not reset unless another interaction with it was to occur.
2. Also we need to have fences that do not auto repair once you break it should remain broken.
3. Another cool feature would the ability to fortify your home base like have the ability to either craft or move home base wall improvements etc.
there is a small update that i would love so much and its so simple i want to be able to change my hair style it would be so awesome
Wushu just announced in the SOD2 discord (ptr channel) that the new spawning changes have been cancelled
I wish we could get an option to clean up the roads. Like when we clear things in bases.
Slaloming with the uneasy driving mechanics is frustrating. Especially as you can't drive for 2 seconds before a zombie jumps on your car.
In the first game you could get into most vehicles that weren't total wrecks and drive them off the road because there was no fuel mechanic
These are some truly dedicated devs
I love the game! The warehouse needs to become a base. Maximum people should be 20. New territories. Other survivors should be able drive to your base to pickup items.
Need more Hat variety and clothes. I like the cowboy hats but man they are the majority
Don't the black hearts have a weakness you find by collecting samples from people around the area?
Yeah, a "weakness". One of mine was weak to bullets. On a fresh community. Of course I have 200+ spare 7.62 cal bullets in my locker. Which it needed to go down. Didn't help that it spawned in the middle of the map with a growing influence radius. Plus hyper alert zombies. Because that goes along well with having to use guns. Did I mention this thing was located in the bathroom, so you had no clear line of sight from the outside?
Yeah, black plague hearts CAN be challenging fun. They can also be game breaking BS.
I want state of decay 3 man

An ambitious feature I’d love to see is a solo survivor play through. Maybe in state of decay 3
Agreed, and you should be able to sleep/rest when you’re fatigued/injured. I feel like that’ll make the game more fun for me rather than having to control each character at some point through the game
Oh man, I’m looking forward to realistic zombie pop. Project zomboid has complex spawn/migration cells and it works so well.
The game should spawn with one set of zombies, no respawn. Busier areas being more dense. And player actions can drastically effect theit movement and behaviors
Then, have multiple off map spawning points where hordes of zombies enter the map, wander in a direction, and either spread out (disparate/break up), stay a wandering horde, or infect a building/s.
What you do in game can affect the number and density of incoming hordes (like 5 level 3 hordes, etc)
Off map spawns don’t necessarily need to be at the edge of the map btw.
We also want new maps, vehicles, weapons, more goals, armor like (apocalyptic) outfits.
Bro that war cry at 1:50 killed me 😂
Idk how well it would actually work but my dream zombie game would have spawns basically only on the boundaries of the map or region so when you clear a place it actually stays clear unless new zombies wander in. But I know with current specs it would be hard or impossible to track individual zombies like that
I love State of Decay - time to jump back on it seems….
Same
I wish I knew this about curveball.
I just finished my trader legacy but the meet up point was in range of a headless mutations curve.
I ran out of shotgun ammo and had to pick up the raiders guns.
If I didn't have a sniper tower I would never have killed the jug
I hope this update will never freeze while playing thrunbull valley in update 36
The new spawns is great news to hear, it at least makes higher difficulty runs not feel nearly as hopless if your unprepared.
I would love to see a lone survivor game mode. Where it is just you trying to survive.
Oh god yea more survival and less community management
i would love to be able to customise our base a bit more, even if its just adding defences or spray painting things a certain colour
SoD2 is my go to zombie frolic. It's sosoothing just jumping in a motor and driving about spreading them across the landscape lol
I really hope they keep the formula of sand box with story and missions just make more in it if that makes sense like the ability to micromanage, undead animals, maybe a thirst or another bar to manage etc.
Thanks for this video wow did not know this new update I think I’m going back to this game enjoy your streams
They're taking way too fucking long for State of Decay 3
In state of decay 3 i want to see huge hordes with hundreds or thousands of zombies on screen and an option to decide what can of zombies pretty much like project zomboid and imagine having opportunity to have hordes of sprinting rage filled zombies that if any blood get into mouth or eyes of survivors they become 28 days later styled zombies.
Ooo super dangerous zombie we should try to keep track of. Sounds awsome. They should add that
I hope sod 3 can have a multiplayer system were you could interaction with random plays and you can chose like passive or aggressive servers pve or pvp
Realistic zombie spawns was something I was hoping for, it felt like was too much especially around the plague hearts in rural areas. Im ready for it
Just recently started playing SoD 2 again. Hopefully we'll get some SoD 3 news soon.
Zombie spawn have been the biggest problem in the entire franchise.
I wish at night that there was security perimeter lights like in the military like hesko barriers and huge lights maybe pulsar to draw in zombies for extra xp and influence
id like to see much bigger maps, and more maps. id like to see an option for more survival and crafting mechanics. ie chopping down trees, leave the stumps n they regrow next season, raising chickens, pigs, farming oats, wells, id like to see horses and horse riding. i wana see way more buildings options, if you combined this game with medieval dynasty youd have the perfect zombie survival game.
im still waiting for them to remove the coop looting bs, let us loot whatever we want
Does this mean there's no more spawner houses in Lethal?
For those who don't know, in Lethal, entering a house may cause around 40-60 to spawn in small pods over and over again for no reason.
Curve balls are a fun idea but my crashes so often since that update ive kinda quit playing after coming back after a year or two off.
Damn lol glad you still making state of decay 2 content, keep it up brother
Dang I’ll be deployed before they add anything worthwhile like stuff you can find and collect a new weapon M4-CQBR Military new military helmets Green, Desert, Urban, BDU, Winter to match the tacticals, make a police outfit out of the red talon soldier or something hoping when I get back they added all of this
I want a character creator for 3. They could implement it similar to Death Road to Canada where if you don't chose a created character they can appear as a random survivor.
Trying to play this on lethal is hell without negative curveballs
Im talking about default outfits...but also about ubique clothes like Chavez outfit..i love outfits with pistol holsters that are tacticool
Nice work, king. It's always nice to see.
