Super happy hearing about how Tom Woods cares about his employees the way he does. In truth, the American dream should be not only about yourself(although an undeniable consideration) but also about how many others you can bring up with your success. When he was talking about how many families he is able to support it made me swell up with an appreciation for the American dream. Keep going forward and delivering the best quality available!

I called Tom Wood's a few days ago and talk to Shawn about a custom drive shaft for my project. Unfortunately Tom Wood's couldn't help me it, however very much appreciated Shawn's willingness to help me find a company who could. I have on a reading study lately on how much culture can impact a company. Your company truly fits the mold of an established dynamic culture and this video really caps why. When hiring the first employee, then through perseverance hiring more and more Tom states he is 'taking their life (lives) in his hands'.. I felt that. So many times one hears of (mis)management running 'fast and loose' with somebody's livelihood. This is a great genuine interview. And I'm not even a customer...yet..😉👍

So awesome! I really enjoyed hearing more about how this small business has grown over the years. We all can choose who we do business with and which companies deserve our hard-earned money - my favorite companies always seem to appreciate that fact and treat their customers extremely well. In my experience as a repeat customer, Tom Wood’s sets an extremely high bar across quality, price and customer service.

I have heard so many good things about this company that yesterday my Jeep project was ready was ready for custom driveshafts and yes that’s where I ordered them can’t wait to get them they were awesome on the phone
