I have some vortex rear sets to get on my R1. This video is really helpful, thanks! I put some Danmoto rear sets on my 919, which weren’t as bad as people make out, but I lost the gear linkage when I was testing it out because I didn’t properly tighten the nuts down on it :-| won’t make that mistake again... However, I used the woodcraft brake pressure sensor on it, and it works perfectly, even if I barely touch my rear brake. As you said, it’s good to know that works on the street.
Looking forward to see how you fix the brake switch issues. Only info I’ve ever found is to either get an aftermarket brake switch that replaces the banjo bolt of the brake master cylinder or rigging up the brake switch with zip ties and wires connected to the lever. I read woodcraft makes one of the better brake switches.

Yea, im a low key perfectionist, so even though I dont use the rear brake as much, i still have an itch to get it working, ill upload my solution
Sup man keep up the good work in these videos!
did you ever end up getting the brake light switch and installing?
Your bike on 🔥 broo
*They're not powder coated, they're anodized. But nice video bro and Sick install.
Did they make it more comfortable
nice
Hey man I installed them a week ago. Does the rear break feels different to you compared to your stock rear sets
I Just installed them. I ran into one problem. My rear brake fluid hose seemed to have curled up.
Same with me. The vortex rearset appears to position the master cylinder different from the stock.
