Does using this device for HDMI output intoduce any extra latency for games or other content? What about ARC functionality? Does this HDMI allow dolby and other things to pass through from amazon stick as well?

Sorry but you have to use firestick/Setup box /PS etc for use this. Otherwise it will not work
