I just made 2 of cheesecakes following your video. We swapped one to be white chocolate due to a family member with an allergy. Worked out great. They both were delicious and VERY rich. Thank you so much for this great recipe and easy to follow directions.
Hi Billy I made this cheesecake with your wonderful instructions and tips. It turned out perfect! It didn’t crack and used strawberries. I even scored it as you did. My family is super impressed and sharing your video like crazy! ❤😂 I made a different one without a water bath and it didn’t cook evenly and cracked. It was good and had a garnished on top so you couldn’t see it, but in some areas it was soft. Your tips makes it perfect! I love the coffee in there too! Wished I could post a picture to show you. Thank you for the tips!🙏🏼❤️🍰

Made this today but modified to add Kalua and baileys in the cheesecake, used GF cookies and coffee Hawaiian mac nuts I had left over from a recent trip. Finished with toffee crumble over the Baileys ganache. So decadent it was unreal. Wish I could share my photo
