I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, accent walls and ceiling in the family room, the patio off the family room and below, and the master bathroom. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

Saw you on the golden eagle interview the other night they seem like good folks, I have watched a few of their videos. If we ever decide to sell our house and move out of Tennessee back to Indiana they would be an option. Nothing really jumped out at me on this house, really disappointed with the pantry. Unbelievable that a 1M+ home is almost the norm now. The layout is beautiful. The laundry room is awesome! Pantry is too small. The upstairs storage room should have had an outward opening door to maximize the space.

You used to review AFFORDABLE houses. Sure, these million dollar homes are beautiful, but I originally started to watch your channel because average people could afford the homes you reviewed.
Can anyone design a million dollar home that isn’t open concept? Don’t want to pots and pans clinging and smell all the food while having a conversation or watching TV since all these home put the tv on the fireplace. Architects are getting lazy not much difference between the plans just different finishes.
I’m not a fan of the bedroom and full bath so close to the Large Glass Front Door! 😮🤦♀️ Plus the wood feature wall reminds me a bit too much of my High School’s Auditorium. Other than that, it’s a nice house!
Upstairs has too much space for lounging, I think one lounging TV entertainment room is enough not two. All bedrooms in the home should have their own bathrooms again for this price point of a home. The upstairs with all those bedrooms needs a laundry room. I like the exterior look but they missed the mark on this one in a few area's compared to the other model of theirs.
The first thing I saw when you walked in was a toilet. Nursery on a different floor than the primary suite?! Door swinging into a storage room. There were some questionable decisions made laying out this house.
The wallpaper in the powder room would make dizzy AF. And that pantry ain’t it. Sorry. With 5 bedrooms you’d like have 3-4 kids. That pantry would be empty in a week with my family.
For the amount of money they are asking for this home all the main living spaces are extremely small and the pantry is extremely small I wouldn’t want this home 🤦♀️
