However I’m wise to the property game and have Malagasy family so it’s not that bigger risk imo but it is a lot of money to put into one plot of land as normally I wouldn’t consider putting over £100,000 in one property, I guess we will find out together how this investment pans out.

I’m not moving I’m building my life in nosy be I’m taking a trip to toliara to sell land to get money to put into nosy be business, I plan to go for 2 weeks or so, I have a nice plot in a good area of the city that can bring a fantastic life or profit to the buyer over there lifetime this land is a plot that if the buyer puts the right development on it they can have a nice life or passive income.
