    Thank you so much for this video. I look at the movements and couldn't figure out how they all connect. Your video makes it so clear and you did it so beautifully and gracefully. I am surprised you only got two comments so far.
    Appreciate your video. God bless

    I like your Yi Jin Jing version and your channel. I think that Taoist Qi Gong comprehend every movement from stillness to movement but for a beginner it is important start from the stillness to start to perceive the Qi movement in the body.
    I see many tutorial with movement but I think that if people start moving the body will never be able to feel the Qi and move it in the body... What you think about it?
    I really thank you for your work, it very important that people share this important knowledge, but it seems that the most are passing to the advanced level without the suffering of the first level. It is very difficult found people that want to train in stillness, but we all knows that we must to find the movement in the stillness.
    Thanks a lot for your share

    Have just started this form in our Qi Gong class so this demonstration is very helpful as I find it a little confusing at the moment. But I can only ever dream of achieving this level of perfection.Thanks for making it available.

      18 luohan is martial arts, it is more for self defense; yijinning is moving qigong exercise, it is well-being exercise.

    Is it a mirror demonstration or not? Just to take it into account. Thank you!

    • @cacciato69
      @cacciato69 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      it is done on both sides ... so do either mirror or not doesn't matter if you learn it well mirror then perhaps you switch ... the important thing is to do a persistent practice for good result ... daily or more times per day for 3 1/2 months minimub
