Hot Forging Servo Transfer
The operational control panel is editable touch screen for convenient handling.
With minimized space utilization of lubrication valves and least number of hoses, they can be swiftly assembled/disassembled.
With servo motor, the stroke and work time can be adjusted and the release agent spraying nozzle installed in the finger beam can spray the agent on the mold with the minimum quantity of air and release agent hose. In the finger beam locking device of the transfer the finger beam can be easily replaced and the finger beam is light weighted as it is made with aluminium. Depending on the types of the press and product, the billet supply equipment can be selected.
