@ChaseBuiltBikes mine did that aswell but I bought a bike that needed top end installed top end didn't check the rest of the bike over the bike had bar risers on it that made the bars sit way to high and pulled on the cable when the bars were off to the right. But didn't rev that high thankfully
@@ChaseBuiltBikes good to hear i’ll be looking forward to it! I also learned alot of your video, i also do my own powdercoating and had a similar problem with oven size with the frame. With my experience in linkage bearings if u torch the hell out of the linkage itself and use pb blaster u can usually beat it out with a punch and hammer, not guaranteed to save the bolt but if your careful you can get away with chasing the threads
@@RockySuset7155 It depends on what the condition of the cylinder and head is, if it just needs a top end (Piston, rings, gaskets) you'd be looking right around $100-200. Epic DIY build! You crushed this. The color motif you chose is killer
@@legio35 thank you for that! All the different colors really made this build pop
Love it chase. That thing is a beauty. You knocked it out of the park
Thank you! All the work was well worth it
rough up the paint and use Citristrip it works really well and is cheap for paint removal. sometimes you have to let it sit over night at first
Nice build i love it i can see your hard work man good job
love bike builds just like this, hope your channel grows heaps you deserve it

Think that right hand KYB fork decal may be upside down. Sweet build though man
It is upside down...gonna be fixing that soon. Thank you!
Such a beautiful bike to waste on a track like fox valley 😂😂
Awesome build man, the bike came out amazing
Hey c'mon now I love fox valley 😂
Thank you very much!
If you ever need to pull the spark plug, use an insulated pair of plyers.
Has thing on his mind as was going to find some insulated pliers 😂
I had big issues with a motion pro cable on another bike too. Poor QC at times randomly.

Nice bike great job in the rebuild. I hope you put nitrogen in the rear shock.

Don’t expect it too last long after that probably scar the cylinder and piston..
It did score the piston a bit.. it was a very unfortunate first start

Don’t waste money on old build.
I lost so much money. Should have just spent it on a newer bike.
