- In this video you will see the entire creating process of my ktm exc 300 2001 supermoto from start to finish. This project is the result of almost two years of planning and working and now I am very happy to show you my dream bike. In addition to a complete restoration of the motorbike, I also carried out a restyling to transform the aesthetics of the motorbike from 2001 to 2021. I am very satisfied with the final result and I hope you enjoy this video!

Im not usually a fan of updating the old bike with plastics and everything to look like newer bike but let me tell you, you really nailed this one! 🎉 You got some handy skills, all the welding and fitting must have taken many hours.. 😮

This is crazy! I'm currently rebuilding my 2002 ktm 300 exc too! Mine has all the 2008 parts, subframe, plastics, swing arm etc. I got a Pro Circuit expansion chamber and Leo Vince silencer. I sold all my supermoto stuff and just keep it dirt now.

Love the results! the old style engine just looks BADASS with the modern looks! And great work on the upper subframe adapter! that looks rly solid and good 🤝🤝 Alot of resyle projects look good but is "meh" on the inside. Your build is 10/10 🤝

Your work is amazing man! Truly a work of art! I also have a 2001 300 exc, I've had issues finding all of the case bearings for a full rebuild. Where were you able to find them all?

Could you tell me what type of vinyl you used to make the templates for the decals, I want to do something like that myself..
The orange one is a high quality cast vynil specific for outoor use, carbon fiber one is a cheaper one but always for outdoor use

Did you only get a new rod for the crank or a whole new crank, I’ve got a 2003 300exc and couldn’t find a crank to save my life and I tried replacing the rod myself and ended up messing the webbing up. Sick bike I hope to do something like this to mine over the winter

Io ho appena finito di motardizzare un kx 250 2t e monto 14-43 ma mi sembra un po corta, andrebbe bene in montagna ma purtroppo abito in pianura 😭 Cercavo una rapportatura che nei tragitti brevi mi consentisse una velocità di crocera di 70/80 km/h in sottocoppia senza che il motore volesse aprire la valvola. Secondo te 14-38 sono tanto lunghi? Grazie, e ancora complimenti 💪🏻

How do you solve the problem that the new tank doesnt have an fuel tap so you cant close the tank because you need one for the carburetor?

@@marcovalentinuzzi Lo proverò in italiano. Mi chiedo come hai risolto il problema del rubinetto della benzina (per chiudere il serbatoio). Il vecchio serbatoio ne ha uno, ma quello nuovo è ad iniezione, quindi non ha il rubinetto della benzina. come hai risolto il problema?
@@SinaLoder the new one is from a 2021 ktm 125 sx which is still a carburetor bike so i did’t need to make any adjustment👌🏻

@@SinaLoder yes unfortunately it is smaller, only 7 liters but i am planning to adapt an exc 11 liters tank because i need a better range

The electeonic dance music is very anxiety inducing and almost painful to listen to. The video though is realky great content. I just sont understand who decided a synthesizer and a drum machine was good music, its not. There is virtually zero tallent involved as far as musicianship goes. Its ok for grocery stores and elevators I guess but this generation really got the shitty end of the stick on music quality. The music business people must be pure evil to push this c rap on people and call it good.
