THANK YOU!!! I been playing with this silhouette for so long and never knew this. As soon as i tried moving the blade over it, it cut! Now I can get my sticker done !!
Yes that is what Iove to hear. It would not cut for me yesterday and I finally I realized I had it on auto ..I was like not me. 😂

I had the issue of my brand new cameo 4 not reading the registration marks and I was ready to send it back. But I’d seen quite a few saying to raise the mat above level. So I tried it and it works ever time like this now.
Hi I am not sure what you mean by raise the mat above level? Buy I do know it only registers with the mat

all this time. My cameo used to work perfectly at the beginning, now I can't get auto-registration to work. however, the manual method and the KEY point made to put the head over the mark and NOT the optical eye worked perfectly. It's still a pain that they can't get it to work with auto, however i have some hair left over from the frurstration! thank you!!
Your welcome. Make sure the drawer at the top is pushed all the way back as to not block the light, that can cause it to not recognize and also if it's too dark on the room. I have also found that if your ink is not black on the registration mark it fails and that usually happens with sublimation inks because the black prints more like a dark brown. Thanks for watching

Just bought this because it's almost impossible to get a good print and cut from a Cricut, and now i'm running into THIS issue on my first print and cut on the Cameo..

If it's off register in the end figure. Where is it off and bottom left, right etc? That's where you need to adjust

what if im using a scrap of vynil on the cutting mat? or a vynil roll?
you need to use your cutting mat any time you use the machine to do a print and cut

1. what printer did you use to print the design on for the test cut on this video?
2. is there a specific setting needed to be adjusted on the printer properties to make sure that the registration marks have equal amount of margins (the top and bottom, left and right) on the three registration marks?
3. What firmware version of your cameo 4 plus and software version of your silhouette studio?

Ummm your probably not doing the manual registration as I have shown in the video correctly. I show you where to move the blade too
Hi, i was having this issue, tried the manual way as you showed it and it worked for one cut, but now I'm trying to do more and cant get it to pick up and I have no clue what I'm doing wrong? Any help?
Move the #1blade directly over the square select manual under registration and it will work

I genuinely think my machine is broken. I have followed all of the videos step by step and no matter how I do it it will not register. I am so frustrated.

You may need to watch the video again because I show you were to put the optical eye. You can also tune into my weekly lives when I am at the computer and I will be happy to demo it
@@ladyprintboss I watched the video more than one time and I put the blade on the black box and it still didn't work
@@veronicacruz4340 If blade 1 is perfectly over the square it should register. If it's not registering make sure that your ink is dry on the paper. Use matte presentation of using sub ink and not plain paper. Thicken up your registration marks under the registration tab so they are scannable. Lastly make sure the paper is straight. I prefer using the mat to register.
