After learning new techniques to apply to the classroom, have you ever wanted to go back to the classroom to try them out? And if so, why didn't you do it?
Nefertiti: Absolutely, there have been many moments when I've learned new techniques or strategies and felt a strong desire to return to the classroom to try them out. The excitement of seeing how these new approaches could impact my students' learning and engagement is incredibly motivating. As a RPST - retired preschool teacher (LOL) I realized that my current role allows me to reach and support more educators, which in turn benefits even more students than I could in a single classroom. Additionally, I've found that I can still share these new techniques and ideas by mentoring and coaching other teachers, which gives me a sense of fulfillment similar to being in the classroom.
