OuiOuis evolve to Peepy’s because of finding and eating “Ultra Peanuts” that allow their bodies to grow two times the original size. There are rare occasions where the Ultra Peanuts become way bigger than usual or mutate and grow another segment to become an “Ultrhree Peanut”. This explains Mega Peepy’s and Threepy’s.

peepys like peanut because peanut are they're only food source made to fit peepys bellies. they are not for children and pet since dogs,cats,bird are like megamega peepys with no beak or stubby leg or tolerance to peanut.(gosh I wish I could write megaๆ peepy but some foreigner can't understand thai)

My theory is that under normal circumstances, the life cycle goes from larva to Ouioui to Peeoui to Peepy to Papupi.
I think a larva can't become a Peeoui because the description of Peeoui describes it as having traits of a Peepy that hasn't fully matured. Also, the name PeeOui is a combination of Peepy and Ouioui.
