I’m currently working for a company that doesn’t give raises but they continuously increase the workload. It’s making me bitter especially because the new hires are making more than my colleagues and i that have been around longer. They started micromanaging and threatening us with write ups left and right for the smallest things. I love the industry I’m in but it’s time to pivot to something bigger and better ❤❤❤
