No joke I was just looking at your channel page today thinking "they haven't uploaded for a while, I wonder what they're up to." I'm so happy to see this!
It happens to me often, not just with various channels or social media accounts, but whenever I want to visit or talk to a specific person. Or if I want to see a certain episode or scene of a show or movie on tv, or hear a certain song on the radio. It's been like this since I was a kid, and I've long since stopped questioning it.
Can we all just appreciate how much work they put into this? Like, they drew every single one of those arrows, the boxes, the perspective rectangles, the figure studies... holy shoot. Now THAT'S dedication!
I never see people on youtube giving this type of advice and it's all so important. A lot of people think practicing is just making completed pieces a lot and think digital/traditional is an either-or decision. Thank you for this!
No wonder why it took so long. Look how much editing there is! And the drawings, thank you so much for this video. I needed help with character designs so bad 😇
I know you guys work hard and have jobs so it's hard to upload but I genuinely so happy seeing your videos, it's the holy grail of art TH-cam Tutorial channels. Equal parts comedy, learning and professional precise advice and tutorials! Thanks guys ❤ I'm
Another banger video! All of these tips, both the practical and psychological ways of thinking about drawing are right on the money. I hope this inspires lots of people to just keep doodling and not feel so precious about "getting it right." Great presentation guys!
The quality of these videos is so polished and clear. You two have a serious talent for breaking complex things down into easy reproducible steps. Thanks for these absolute gems!
Can you make a video about multiple characters interacting scenes, fighting scenes and how to place them in a background following perspective. Good to see you guys nice video ☺️☺️☺️☺️
WOW. This is a master class. The effort you put into crafting the lesson and making the video entertaining at the same time is just absolutely amazing. Thank you, guys!
Your video is excellent, brillant, very good, professionnal, funny, abundant. I'm sharing it everywhere. Don't stop me know because I'm having a good time.
Your videos deserve much more views! These are the tips my teachers gave me in art classes i took and i honestly got so much better at drawing thanks to them :D And the work that was put into creating this video is incredible too!?!! Love it!
That Stephen King metaphor is spot on. Here and George RR Martin talked about how King is more of a punch clock writer and Martin is more of a “waits for inspiration to hit” writer
Love your videos! I especially like the piece of advice about breaking down a style of character animation into simple shapes to be able to see the style on a more fundamental level so that you can recreate that style with a new character!
I especially appreciate this sort of list for playing with a new medium. I want to do some stuff with shaders, now I have like 15 things to try while I learn the ropes.
I saw that a notification yesterday but there wasn’t a video and have been waiting intensely since. Always ready to get Bam’d in the middle of the night by you two
easily one of the best channels for animation and drawing. great education and just a fun time while learning. happy to see more content from you guys!
You guys are still alive thank God it's been awhile😂😂🎉but as always you guys are amazing and have helped me a lot in improving my art and I just love looking at your art it's amazing
Brent and Max: Notice us, Proko senpai! Stan (out there doing fine art stuffs): Hmm? Did you hear something? Meanwhile, JADOKAR: Why stop HERE? Lols aside, this is a great video.
Awesome, i didn't know most of the exercices ! I would like to see a video about background but interior background, like a room or I don't know, i think it could be a great subject for a next video since you did well with exterior backgrounds !
Thank you so much guys, I was looking for a way to improve my drawing skills for months 🙏🏽 A lot of love from this european country that is not germany 🇧🇪❤
I first learned about structure master studies when I took Stephen silver’s mentorship class. It’s really helped me delve into style studies to make sure I get the proportions right. I didn’t think to add a center line though, that will certainly help when it comes to drawing the character at different angles
It would be nice if you could make a video on how to create animations from A to Z, this tutorial is amazing and the best one I have ever seen, please make more of them.
I do something similar to what Max mentions at 15:50! When I go out people-sketching, I’ll always pick one subject and come up with a name and backstory for them, and then use all of that to come up with a character design.
really awesome tips. I do both the character and background drawings free handed. About drawing characters from imagination however. I would really like a free resource on character poses.
Great tips and fun exercises here! I was watching this and got the jumpscare of our video lol
See you guys at LightBox! 💪
Our dreams came true!
@@BaMAnimation Hit us with the tag next time! lol

When I needed them most they returned
You could even say "BAM! Theyve returned."
BaM!

Seeing the lads at BAM Animation uploads a new episode to give more tips and advice on animation feels like a yearly tradition.

We are excited for you to watch too!
Thanks for this guide! And great job on the narrative of this video, that's what I like about your channel
These videos are always very helpful. Lots of obvious things that I sometimes never really consider when I sit down to draw.
Just amazing ❤
Oh my goodness! When wa the last time you upload a video? Its about time. I missed you.❤
Oh? This video again, well, I am glad its here again. I did want to watch it

*Masterclass.* I learned a few of these in a mentorship i did in 2020
It's really useful. Thank you. ❤
I've subscribed
Amazing video guys!!
The examples, the comedy
Keep up the good stuff👍🏾
I missed the birth of my firstborn son to watch this video
What's the deal with random comments? Are you a child?

Yet another BANGER
Honey wake up Bam Animation just dropped a new episode
Attention everyone, the kings have returned🗣📢🔥🔥🔥
Remember going through a lot of similar exercises while doing the DrawABox lessons a while back. Appreciate the advice.

*I saw this yesterday at 4PM* (GMT+2) & I felt like if you didn't re-upload it my life would be ruined 😢
Ah yess !! Something new to learn from BaM Animations ❤😊
Glad to see you guys back ( =

Great minds think alike 😏
i have major respect for XineTrevinos energy
so much wisdom here
Love how much effort you put in these!! The caveman brought to the future bit was genuinely so well done
16:06 this scene should become a meme😂 another great episode 🙌
Yeeeeeeah! Let’s go!!!
It has been 200 years since the last video
Great vid these are great warm ups I like to do my warm ups with a ball point pen so i don't go through my pencil lead as quick, saves material
really awesome tips. I do both the character and background drawings free handed. About drawing characters from imagination however. I would really like a free resource on character poses.
Last bit is the best advice. Don't worry about messing up. There is always another piece of paper to doodle on.
Damn right! 💯💯
“Notice us Proko”? I’m sure he’s home taking notes 😂 Honest, you guys would make a banger course for Proko’s platform
Great Video ❤ thanks
Great fan ❤ thanks
