This Surrender exercise is so powerful! In the beginning Surrender was just a word for me. Now it is a golden key. I feel a clear and positive difference in my live and I am greatful to Maharishikaa for her teachings 🙏🏼
Please can you tell me how you managed to LIVE in surrender? I can only surrender when I'm alone with nothing to do, the second I need to go to work or attend to family or friends I feel like I'm back in resistance. I literally don't know how to surrender and still move, I would become nothing how do I exist and surrender? Sounds ridiculous.

Thank you 🙏. Your assurance to the young man about simply listening to the talks if unable to attend the submersive was heartening. At 80+, and living in a far flung tiny Himalayan town, simply (and quite unexpectedly!) coming upon your talks was a delightful discovery.
Surrender to our soul it's greater than anything else in the world.
While surrendering say loud and clear in your mind that I am surrendering to my Soul.
How does one do it please?
I had the same question, but I think you just DO IT - physically bend down, bow down, feel yourself surrendering to the immediate reality of your life and soul.

It is to go inwards while staying connected to the outworld as well, letting emotions come, feeling them, nothing more, nothing less.
It feels like surrender also means a letting go of the structure that one has used to navigate through life: the personality; a structure that has been mentally created and isn't real. Although it has given joys and sorrows I feel it has hidden reality. I pray that I am able to find the blessings and courage to let go and surrender to the truth of existence that Maharishikaa points to.
