    The instructors are key to passing this training. They are so good at giving you confidence and calming you down. It’s sad watching people panic in the water.

    I’m doing MCIWS course now. Found this gem lol. I’m the guy who got grabbed twice when trying to get the guy off me. Good times

    Tomorrow will mark the 75th anniversary of VE DAY. Victory in Europe over Nazi Germany. The generation of exceptional men and women who fought that terrible, vast war are now almost all gone from this world and we are the poorer for their absence. The British, American US and Canadian, Russian, French and other Allied powers who saved this entire planet beaquethed to us all a priceless legacy. They saved us from the tyranny of a brutal, murderous people and left us a world in which hope for Democracy still lives.
    We must remember what they did for us and the terribly high price they paid to do this. They were indeed THE GREATEST GENERATION. I thank them. With deep gratitude and respect.
    Please fly your US flags tomorrow in honor of this remarkable achievement.

    I remember having to do the double arm under tow. It was a lot harder than anything these guys were doing.
