@TheLowcountry we are planning a trip to Beaufort this fall, but will not be moving until 2025. Should we get in touch when we are there this year? Or wait until we are closer to moving?
Good neighborhood but too much plastic sidings house, it’s looking cheap to me, do you ever show something like brick and stucco or Spanish or European style houses.

For some reason the video may have given the appearance of vinyl siding but all the homes in the video are actually hardi plank which is definetely the preferred (and most popular) building material for the exterior. Brick is also fairly popular but we really don't have many stucco homes in Beaufort.
