    Got lucky and purchased my home on the saluda right at the easley greenville border before the mass migration lol such a blessing to see this place thrive been here since i was a boy

      I bought my home in 2019 in the piedmont area right around the street from Woodmont high school. I purchased at a great time because my home is valued at 100k more than I paid. I grew up in Greer SC.

      It's definitely gotten more expensive over time, but like we said in the video, we're generally much more affordable than the national average, which is honestly shocking considering how many amenities Greenville has to offer.

      How expensive has it become compared to the state of NY. I live in Queens and am thinking of moving to SC.

      @@JOCVILLAMAN I can assure you it is MUCH more affordable than Queens! Looking at broad numbers, New York City's Cost of living is about 71% higher than in Greenville. This is including rent.
