Beggars can't be choosers. but if you're paying for something, you're not begging. You're paying for something. God, I hate that phrase being used like this. You're paying for the item. That's not begging
If you have to ask that, you probably need a lot more knowledge and experience to create an operating system. That is way beyond the scope of PC build videos.
If you want something right now, have the money, and you don't care about what the new cards will have in terms of more power, more features, then by all means, grab a 3/4000 series card. If you are prone to feel bad after building/buying when the time does come, and you're sensitive to endlessly comparing stuff (what you have what's new/"better"), then wait.
@OIW ok then that is definitely a high end build for 3k to 4k. When you do have the budget I would go for a 4090 build unless if you want to wait for the 5000 series but the 5000 series will be more expensive, probably won't be available for months unless maybe if you live near a micro center or other stores that sell pc parts and can get the parts no problem. I would get the 4090 build soon then if you need the extra power then upgrade to the high end 5000 series.
with this case design i think if all cases manufactures use it we won't have GPU sags anymore and our GPUs will live longer especially with Nvidia's chunky Graphics cards it's a genius idea !!!!!!!!!!!!
