The 7900xtx isn't meant for 1080p, that's easily a 1440p even 4k gaming Card, at 1080p the game becomes heavily CPU dependent, and since the 7800x3d performs better than the 7950x3d hence is why probably I'm not expert but that's probably the reason
Make sure your display port cable is connected to your GPU and not motherboard. Also, open your bios make sure your XMP is on, if that doesn’t work, take apart your PC and make sure everything is connected properly or installed correctly. If you still have issues probably a faulty gpu
You don’t need 500fps, 240hz maximum, just get a good monitor. Anything above 240hz monitor is a scam in my opinion unless you get the super high end 360 hz from benq

I think mainly b/c of the 7800xt you would be getting around 200-300 fps.

You’re wrong, this happens because the frame limit is uncapped. When you cap your frames to what your monitor can handle, your 1% low increases.
@@BonQy still same problem as soon as I enalved pbo in bios I was able to peak 1300 fps in creative snd way better in game
