You know what was interesting: yesterday or 2 days ago, sonic x shadow generations game was $29.99 and for some reason, they moved it back to $49.99 quickly. Not sure what happened.
I looked through the sales and kept thinking why not just buy it physical. I had a large digital collection once lost it and learned my lesson. Digital is a SCAM
I super pissed with that as well, I was goint to buy it yesterday :( you still can buy the digital version on gamestop and best buy, for 15$ ;) It's not worth it for me, cuz I don' t live in the US, so dollar prices skew the prices on retail sites. But for someone that lives in north america, RUN to gamestop or best buy sites
I picked up epic Mickey, sea of stars and Baldur’s gate 1 & 2. I already own most of the other stuff. The only reason I waited so long for Epic Mickey was the $60 price point. They put some work into it, but it still feels a bit off to charge full price for a 20 year old game. I was planning on getting g.I. Joe wrath of cobra, but for some reason it’s not available yet. I heard it was coming out the 21st of nov. The only other thing on my radar before 2025 is The Thing, which is a great game. Even if you aren’t familiar with the film. I might pick up the first and maybe second xenoblade while their on sale, too.
Our favorite Nintendo TH-camr doing what he does best. Tempted to get Alan Wake, will have to check out your review. For the others, I got most on physical.
I recommend it. I liked that the game was inspired by Mario Galaxy. The price is right. Also, there are few spark of hope levels like Captain toad puzzles
Good to see RGT in a decent mood for once 🤣 Sparks of hope and unicorn overlord are both bangers And don’t sleep on 13 sentinels I think that may be on sale too
Just going to surf past "It Takes Two". One of the most beautiful co-op games on the Switch? Good video though! A LOT of games. I forgot about Sonic Superstars... checking into it further!
Dragon Quest XI has been on my wishlist for a year or more and I've never seen it on sale. This is a good time to pick that one up. Other games aren't much cheaper than they have been in the past when on sale.
The fact that TOTK is still the only $70 switch game goes to show that it wasn't even necessary. Glad I did the 2 game GameStop trade in and got it for $20
I have about 70-80 hours in BOTW. When I tried playing TOTK I reaaaally didn’t feel like hunting for shrines and korok seeds again. I remember quitting when I came across a shrine that makes you create a random doohickey thingamabob fan scooter thing to cross some rails over a pit. Just me though.
Been on the fence with GTA, especially since I've got a PS2 with all 3 of those games. $30 is a decent price and I'd love to have the best versions of these games and in handheld, but the biggest selling point for the update is "classic lighting". That might not be enough for me. I've still heard the character models are weird and the AI is overboard.
With new hardware on the horizon I wouldn't buy anything for the switch. To top it off it sucks how the switch version of a game that also released on other platforms is always a laggy compromised version. Yes my switch is a paperweight. Hopefully the next system is more impressive.
these are good games !! these are good games !! yeah we know, but you will not convinced anyone that a 7 year old game is worth these atrocious high prices (yeah regardless of the discount) Nintendo needs to be less arrogant and less cheap, these games are so old they should sell for 50-85% off
If the Switch wasn't portable/hybrid, it would have done so much worse. The novelty is the only thing making it worthwhile. Example, I bought the Final Fantasy pixel remasters and other FF remasters on switch because it's nice to have them portable. However they are so much better and cheaper on either Steam or PS4. The system lags behind in hardware hurting performance, is frequently more expensive for a lot games just because it's the switch, and has less in game options and mods. You take a bunch of hits just to have portability.
The Sonic one Looks Good!!! I Want the Unicorn Tactics!! But 30 its To Much!! You can Buy Battle Brothers and Probably Tales of arise for around 30Bucks Come On!!!
There's only one thing you all need to get, and it has RGT's approval as being something that will be amazing...the Intellivision Amico. It's gonna revolutionize the gaming industry. Don't stick to Nintend-WHO and their games with children in sexual positions (quote Phat Life Livin' Tommy Tallarico), get ready for the Amico this Christmas.👍
I haven’t played my switch once this year lol. It was my main system for many years. The steam deck definitely took some of the wind out of its sails. At least for me.
@@toututu2993 I was a steam user mainly for many years before the switch came out. Then life got busy around the launch of the switch and it became my main way to play due to convenience. Then steam deck brought me back. I still played on pc just not too often. Switch 2 will be for exclusives only.
Maybe the system is not for you. There were plenty of great games that came out. For me, the switch has been my top played console besides PC. I probably should sell my PS5 due to lack of games.
@@invisibleloveone no i think it’s up there as one of the best consoles ever. I mostly played it for 5 years. From 2017 til 2022. Then when the steam deck came out I transitioned to that. I miss the switch being my main device but I’d rather buy 3rd party games on steam. The switch was able to pull me away from steam when I first got one. Steam deck pulled me back in. I bought like every game that came out on the switch. This year nothing really interested me. When paper Mario came out I just went back and played the original and don’t really feel like I missed out.
Love you videos and channel but bruh.... Your seriously impressed out took them 3 years to release GTA the war it should have been 😂 nah, I'm good. They burned so many people with it, don't celebrate that behavior that you just released a video talking about how bad things are with modern games. Keep up the great work brother 🍻
Dude... You need to play It Takes Two because it's obvious that you haven't. I know you hate when people tell you to do something and that it makes you want to do it even less but I'm telling you... Just play it (not the Switch version though). You can thank me later.
I would honestly pay a little bit more and get the physical copy, especially since now we know that Switch cartridges would be compatible with the next console.
I find it hard to support modern day nintendo one of the greediest companies out there especially with their lack luster game releases the past 5 years.
Happy shopping! Lemme know what you get!
I got a physical copy of Zelda Breath of the wild for only $30!
I want to get Alan Wake 1. Gonna watch your review on it before I buy.
GTA with the patch finally playable 😊
I got a rock
@@originaltallman28 Same here I watch my guy RGT85, Then make my purchase alot of the time. I thank Allah/God for youtube
The happiest face he has had in a thumbnail in a while. Our nintendo boy is back!!!!!
The best Nintendo TH-camr.
@@sg-zd8eb The happiest Nintendo TH-camr
Huh? He was happier when he talked about the update on the Switch for GTA trilogy 5 days ago! Guess you don’t watch “our boy.”

I've never seen him happy. He's always raking muck
Nintendo has always been LAME in the sale department. I don't think they understand what a real sale is....
They value their IP's over hard sales and people buy it anyway so it stays.
They’re the masters of market value. You’ll always pay $50+ for a Mario, Zelda or Pokémon game.
I don't feel that $50 is a big deal of a sale.
Mario+Rabbids is Painfully underrated
My favorite Nintendo TH-camr talking about Nintendo sales…love it.
I bought Tears of the kingdom day 1 and I do not regret it at all
I do. Just like the other one a boring slog and quit 4 hrs in. Sold it for shoes and a coffee ☕ gift card.
I got it day one as well, only played it twice(backlog issues)
He keeps saying gyro controls were added to the GTA Trilogy, but they were definitely in it the day the games released.
I agree, especially on the Nintendo Switch 😂
You know what was interesting:
yesterday or 2 days ago, sonic x shadow generations game was $29.99 and for some reason, they moved it back to $49.99 quickly. Not sure what happened.
this happened with Persona 5 Royal, too!
It was a before black Friday sale
I looked through the sales and kept thinking why not just buy it physical. I had a large digital collection once lost it and learned my lesson. Digital is a SCAM
Its only a scam because those prices are the prices you'd pay at a Bestbuy or Gamestop with a physical copy. Because that's how Nintendo does things.
What system and what account
Not every single game has a physical.
@gr8latino I know that there just isn't many for me personally
How do you lose a digital collection? A physical game is easier to lose.
im annoyed that persona 5 royal sale ended so fast it was discounted for 15$ but the sale suddenly ended fast. it was supposed to end on december 2
I super pissed with that as well, I was goint to buy it yesterday :( you still can buy the digital version on gamestop and best buy, for 15$ ;) It's not worth it for me, cuz I don' t live in the US, so dollar prices skew the prices on retail sites. Yeah, sticking to physical for all platforms
Portal Companion Collection with Portal 1 and 2 available for $4.99!
Definitely Captain Toad and Sonic Superstars.
Most of those games just look similar to standard physical prices...lol
Captain Toad is great!
Carpenter Todd
Corrupted Tad

Great Content today enjoyed it ✌️😎
I love Captain toad have to pick that one up
I think that's the first time I have seen a sale for; Astral Chain
Astral Chain is on sale! That game rarely ever goes on sale. For anyone who hasn't played it it's a must-have for the switch.
I paid full price on preorder for TOTK and got the Walmart exclusive collector banner.
thanks for making this video! i just bought civilization VI because i had it back in my 360 days and didnt even know it was on the switch
Now you can overpay slightly less for 1s and 0s!
Captain toad is top tier!

Captain toad was a great game
Apparently Sonic X Generations was on sale for $29.99 but it was only for one day...messed up Nintendo...
That 2nd mario and rabbids games is probolly the best looking switch game TO DATE lol
Going to pick up Red Dead Redemption

Idk how you could just skip over Astral Chain like that. That game is awesome.
I was just about to leave a comment about astral chain. It's literally one of the best games on Switch.
Daaaamn! Sonic Super Stars might be the one for around $20. I heard that one ran at decent frame rates on Switch!
The fact that TOTK is still the only $70 switch game goes to show that it wasn't even necessary. Glad I did the 2 game GameStop trade in and got it for $20
I picked up sea of stars last week for $23. Love it so far
The Best Black Friday Nintendo eShop TH-camr 🤌🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

@ thanks I am going to need it for sure already died like a million times in a few hours of playing
RGT, the Man, the Legend. Pick up Epic Mickey on the PS5 please, the frame rate on the Switch is rough. Thank you for the videos always.
Might pickup Captain Toad or a Kirby game.

Also it takes just a little bit more power than the WII U to run the game. I was wanting next gen Zelda, not meat arrows and a couple floating islands
Captain toad is one of my fav games on switch

Bravely Default 2 is an awesome and challenging game.
It's a shame Sparks of Hope didn't do as well seeing as it is 10x better than the first Mario+Rabbids

Do you think that the online membership expansion will be discounted soon? For the switch.
The new sonic x shadow generations is on sale. Its worth the full price but 30 dollers is even better.

So are you just going to save money for the Next Switch?
Was SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 impactful considering it was a sequel?
Titan quest is around 10bucks. Three days after I paid full price for it 😑
Tears of the kingdom is a strange game. All the fanboys probably already bought it. The discount is pointless for an average person.
That’s probably a good reason for a discount. Try and get a more casual gamer to grab it
I don't think the sales are good so far. Mickey dropping to $39 is good. But outside of that I dont see many discounts on physical games.
What! There's zero deals as usual. Everyone knows this! 😂
Collection of SaGa is 1/2 off.
