I did the first 3 days fine, then today was supposed to be calisthenics and I'm so sore, I skipped it and did this one instead. Its was a good choice. I feel much better. I'll pick up day 4 some other day. Thanks so much!
Heather, two of your workout innovations -- metcon and mobility -- really REALLY work for my body now -- working strength, movement, flexibility and flow (that is, working at a pace of continuous movement ) all together. Metcon really works my muscles and cardio in a holistic way, and this mobility keeps the joints well-oiled. I really can't get this anywhere else. My body and soul look forward to these workouts every day.
Wow, had a hamstring injury at 5 weeks recovery and have been doing your upper body and some quad workouts. They kept me limber and strong! Did notice I let my abs go a bit and this showed me I need to do this more! Thanks for caring and sharing! ❤
Everytime I do an abs and mobility workout I feel so drained and shaky after, in a way that weight training and cardio doesn't do to me. It's always such a struggle for me - probably a sign I should do more of it. Thank you for the programmes, as always, Heather ❤
