Did today's workout, started this program at 12.25.24, So far I'm liking the workouts😀😀😀. Today's chest and back day was a welcoming change to the workout. The superset structure gave me multiple chances to practice and correct my form. I did pushup progressions in-place for rocket pushups. Today, I forced myself to stick to this program and did this workout. My usual routine is usually three full body workouts per week, however I'm noticing that I'm neglecting some muscles in my body, so I decided to do this program. I really liked the superset structure and you gave indications of the weights, like medium or heavy. That really helped. Thank you for doing that. I know I'm not going to get toned body that all influencers post, after 14 days, my body type, my metabolism is not the same as others. It's going to take more than 14 days this time, adjusting my diet and my sleep with my day job to get stronger. This time, I am going to observe, do it and see what happens. There is still a lot of work, I believe I can do it. I'm a bit excited for tomorrow's workout.

Thanks Heather! Day 2 Legs workout was great! I have a difficult time with balance and weights on the yoga blocks so they are really good for my balance practice!! And I’m looking forward to this Chest and Back workout for tomorrow! ❤❤❤❤
As a fan of no repeats i was worried of 4 sets. BUT I did it! It wasnt so bad. I know there will be no repeat days ahead and that these supersets are good for me. Thats whats most important, how i feel. I felt strong after completing this one for sure. Looking forward to tomorrow's!
First of all, Thank You so much Heather !! This Fierce program is amazing. I am loving each and every circuit/supersets. My plan was to start this program on the day you posted it but couldn't start it because I got Flu. First time in 5 years I had to take a break for 3 days straight, it was horrible and I never skipped a workout except my rest day before. During my recovery I started this Fierce 4.0 and completely loving it. Thanks Much Once Again, You Are Amazing !!

I am a primary school teacher and by the end of the day i cant really bear loud noises. I workout after work and your videos make 99% of my playlists because they are so wholesome! would like please to change this type of music it would be great if it's calmer or no music at all if it's possible. I would be very grateful. Thank you very much for all the effort you put in these videos.
