59 year old Army here! What you need to understand is that most of Army has been supporting BTS since 2014 so we’ve actually watched them grow up! JK was only 13 when he auditioned and 14 when he debut by our age standard! And hasn’t lived at home since! I this album is JK’s way of letting us know he has grown into is own! And we the Army are here to support him. Even so BTS has never been Disney! Their music has so much more depth! They started as a hip hop group and as they aged so did their music which they wrote most of! All seven boys are credited with writing different songs! They are uniquely talented!

Silver Army (older generation Army, which is the fan base name) stands proud and loyal behind BTS, whether it be full group (OT7, which means one true 7), rap line, vocal line, collabs, or solos. We've watched them and their music grow from boys to men (no pun intended) and stood with them, supporting their artistic endeavors. BTS and Army have a symbiotic relationship. One cannot exist without the other. And we will support each other and anyone who respects us and our boys.

He’s only recently come out with some more adult leaning music. That’s not saying BTS and their cleaner music isn’t just as good, having other depths leaning towards mental health and life’s other struggles and triumphs. They literally made me fall in love with rap and hiphop. You have to watch SUGA and his video Daeschwita to experience their love of rap and hip hop. Also, RM (formerly known as Rap Monster) and his video, Joke. Then J-hope: video" More" - this is just a brief start. BTS consists of 7 members: 3 on the rapine and 4 vocalists. You're just getting started with JK, but you will not be disappointed when you discover the others. Each one is infinitely talented and not to be missed. Buckle up, Sir.

Just an FYI: Jungkook is his first name. His family surname is Jeon. Like most East Asians, the family surnames are written first in S Korea, so his full name is written Jeon Jungkook in English, or 전정국 in Korean, which is a phonetic alphabet like English with each block of letters being one syllable. Most S Korean have two syllable first names that when formally written in English are hyphenated, like this: Jung-kook. Hyphens are often taken out for artists to make the names easier and more familiar for foreign fans. Jungkook is the youngest member of BTS, their beloved baby brother or Maknae (youngest in Korean.) There's so much I'd love to say, but I'll take it here: 1.BTS have reached a level that's beyond the label of K-pop, but haven't forgotten their origins. There are many things and behaviors that are considered off-limits or taboo for K-pop idols. Before their military service, each member released solo work that if you look closely breaks down those ideas and restraints. 2. I keep hearing you refer to the fact that JK's music contains "adult " content 😂. BTS has been going strong over a decade, and as the youngest, many fans have watched and grown up with JK. He's serving notice that he's no longer a kid, but a grown man with grown man swagger!😂

[3:00] Man is 26 years old, it would be odd if he did not have any experiences that are in the side of his private life. There were way too many fans who missed his growth from 15 years old up, and kept thinking him as the shy baby of he group... And as K-pop artists they can't publicize their private life, so many people were happily in their delulu that 7 men in their thirties were innocent babies. (Eldest, Jin was already in university when he was scouted! Some 2-3 years (?) before their debut! And being incredibly handsome he certainly had a life before their schedules got crazy.)
In his solo album JK wanted to shake those decade old thoughts out of some fans minds. So he chose Seven (the 18+ version that he likes better) and 3D into his album and its first singles.
Also looking at the albums themes the two youngest put out before they went in, their relationships broke off because of the military service. :(

TBH, ARMY were shocked too when Seven & 3D were released (well, he started with Left and Right by Charlie Puth too teehee). The lyrics are so different from the usual BTS' songs. But I guess that's what you get when you sing songs written by western composers. JK said he didn't have much time to write songs for his album bc he has to do his mandatory military enlistment, so it is what it is.
Anyway, it's our JK and he's a grown ass man now, not an itty bitty baby teenager anymore, and we support him wholeheartedly.
