This concert was announced only half an hour before that JK was going to put on a free concert and the people came. Jungkook recruited his group of dancers from the best current choreographers. You can really tell it's all real when you hear JK gasping for breath. He physically worked really hard throughout this performance, but his vocals were still excellent. All the result of excellent stamina, physical fitness, breath control and over 10 years of stage performances by a group that doesn't do lip synching. Back at the start of BTS his leader RM named JK the Golden Maknae, means golden youngest, because he was so talented at everything he attempted. When he started an interest in making videos they were still all living together in a tiny dorm and JK had to work on his video in a closet because of lack of space, so he calls his video work Golden Closet Films, GCF. No wonder he called his first album Golden.
I hope you can watch BTS and see if you will like them. They might come from the kpop industry but their fans love them bec they are so different from kpop. I don’t follow kpop, only BTS. But I can appreciate some songs from kpop.

Haven't seen anyone talk about his dancers yet--when he was asked who he wanted as his dancers, he put down a wishlist of well-known dancer/choreographers and they all accepted the gig to be in the MV for Standing Next to You--most stuck around for the other work and live performances too. That's how much respect the dance community has for BTS and for JungKook. The guy he interacts with most is Brian Puspos who has done the choreo for many BTS dances.

BTS is amazing in that their live performances are just like that! Full on choreography and still live vocals. There are many kpop groups but BTS quality level is just way up there. They put 💯 💯 on the stage. Blood sweat and tears, they’ll still perform. When you watch the “Butter” performance on the Grammys, two literally just redo isn’t from Cov and practice as a group when they got to LA. And if you watch any of the guide videos, you’ll see through illness, injury, grievance, they still put 💯 out there.
Have you seen his iHeart Radio performance with a VR headset? There are times it literally feels like he is looking into your souls, especially when he is putting the microphone down on SNTY. 😊

I had the extreme pleasure of seeing BTS twice in person & both times were worth every single red cent spent. They sound better than the studio tracks live, they dance absolutely incredibly, & they are so humble & kind & so funny.

I think he would like the behind the scenes. They recover very quickly but then they train for it that are so physically fit they sing while running on treadmills they super fit. Jin the eldest said 'how suprised he was when he went swimming with friends and he stayed under water far longer than anyone else.' You have to realise they do 2-3hours concerts and they have to train like the best sports people do. It's means they went into the Military they were already able to 'out do' the other's in their unit's due to their fitness level.
He was still ill here. After persistent upper respiratory problems he was still a little tight chested. What a proffesional. I wonder if he had one of Sugas medicinal highball. He's normally got the best vocal stability and breath control even when dancing he would not normally be that winded. Imagine this is a free concert .

You have to remember this is literally a week from the release of his album Golden & the final stop on his US promotion. This was "last minute" announced concert - he was on a plane back to Korea the next day (he did a fan concert in Korean of the whole album you can watch by the way) & ARMY can already sing the songs from the album. I think that is part of the reason his smile lit up when he finally heard the crowd singing.
The song is just "Please Don't Change" :) Also during Seven you can hear the audience say "f*cking you right" if you pay attention. You can't censor us! :p Jungkook has one of the stablest voices in Kpop (in music probably). He used to train his singing while running on a treadmill so he could build up his vocal stability. He is constantly singing. SUGA (another member of BTS) said "Everytime Jungkook's eyes are open, he's singing." Hahaha! Jungkook's album is fully in English but he himself is not fluent in the language and he's pretty shy when speaking it. His pronunciation is great though so a lot of people are shocked to find out he's not fluent. RM (the guy who rapped in English in MIC Drop) is the only BTS member who can fluently speak in English. It was crazy, bc there was no announcement prior to this performance, it was sponsored by Calvin Klein which he's global ambassador for and some army was walking through Times Square and saw the lcd screens being taken down to make space for the stage while they were still playing JK's CK campaign on them so they posted about it on Twitter and more and more fans decided to check what's going on and then we got a cryptic post from CK. People were waiting for HOURS not knowing what they're waiting for lol. This is the crowd bts get with no notice. You can't hear it that well in the video, but armys were singing every word along him. Btw all the songs you've heard are from his solo album called Golden. I think he would like the behind the scenes. The one when he went to sing “Dreamers” at the FIFA World Cup is REALLY good because it shows how at the last minute he took charge, changed some things, learned the choreography that he hadn’t been provided with, but did it all with a grace and professionalism. I was so impressed by that. Also the one where he was working in 3D. They are all really good. I’ll see if I can find the links. Hopefully if so do it’s the one you are talking about.

They recover very quickly but then they train for it that are so physically fit they sing while running on treadmills they super fit. Jin the eldest said 'how suprised he was when he went swimming with friends and he stayed under water far longer than anyone else.'
You have to realise they do 2-3hours concerts and they have to train like the best sports people do. It's means they went into the Military they were already able to 'out do' the other's in their unit's due to their fitness level.

He was still ill here. After persistent upper respiratory problems he was still a little tight chested. What a proffesional. I wonder if he had one of Sugas medicinal highball. He's normally got the best vocal stability and breath control even when dancing he would not normally be that winded. Imagine this is a free concert .

You have to remember this is literally a week from the release of his album Golden & the final stop on his US promotion. This was "last minute" announced concert - he was on a plane back to Korea the next day (he did a fan concert in Korean of the whole album you can watch by the way) & ARMY can already sing the songs from the album. I think that is part of the reason his smile lit up when he finally heard the crowd singing.
Their music gets in your brain and you can’t forget it. Thank god it’s good music😁

Jungkook has one of the stablest voices in Kpop (in music probably). He used to train his singing while running on a treadmill so he could build up his vocal stability. He is constantly singing. SUGA (another member of BTS) said "Everytime Jungkook's eyes are open, he's singing." Hahaha!
Jungkook's album is fully in English but he himself is not fluent in the language and he's pretty shy when speaking it. His pronunciation is great though so a lot of people are shocked to find out he's not fluent. RM (the guy who rapped in English in MIC Drop) is the only BTS member who can fluently speak in English.

public announcement 30 min. prior. Army's figured it out earlier in the day as JK went live and said wait for a surprise later, we knew he was in NYC and figured it out. there were thousands! LOL wait until you see Jimin ! all 7 of them get that reaction.
It was crazy, bc there was no announcement prior to this performance, it was sponsored by Calvin Klein which he's global ambassador for and some army was walking through Times Square and saw the lcd screens being taken down to make space for the stage while they were still playing JK's CK campaign on them so they posted about it on Twitter and more and more fans decided to check what's going on and then we got a cryptic post from CK. People were waiting for HOURS not knowing what they're waiting for lol. This is the crowd bts get with no notice. You can't hear it that well in the video, but armys were singing every word along him. Btw all the songs you've heard are from his solo album called Golden. It's funny that you thought he's going to sing the explicit version of seven, bc armys could never tell which one he's going to sing so they always sang the explicit one so he started making heart gesture with his fingers, so people would sing the right version, it's almost like him saying "pls don't embarrass me on national TV" 😭🤣
