I would say jimin is the master of splits... That boy is way too flexible lol but suga and Jin have belts in martial arts.. Suga has a red and Jin I'm not sure because they don't really talk about it often but you can see it when he has amazing balance... I think a lot of them have some experience but jimin n jk are better known for it especially jimin since he does most of the hard jumping and spin kicks

You should search JiMin doing the splits because he does it easily. JHope also can do splits he often does splits & bounces back up during Baepsae performance. Personally I would say JiMin would be the king of splits out of the BTS members.

I would recommend "BTS Hardships 2013-2021/ Racism, mistreatment, accusations + more/ Struggles through the years. It's about 30 minutes, but will give you an idea of the things they have overcome.
And the hardships continue to this day. They are really making a concerted effort to destroy BTS and their comeback. It’s disgusting to watch. I am also seeing LOTS of attacks on JK. I assume because his solo projects were so successful.
This. Is something that I think every army should know. The fact rn the guys are receiving probably their biggest hate train and accusations and bringing back old rumors + more new fake rumor it's so sad. The way they are being used as a shield to cover other scandal is frustrating honestly. Let's stay strong armys! 💜 I hope the members don't feel that bad about it and people that is with them at the military service (and people around Yoongi in his social service ) beilieve in them :(

The Rise of bangtan is a series created by an ARMY that tells their journey from before debut. It's so good there are 21 chapters and deleted and bonus sceens.
Hapkido is what they teach the military. Super versatile and literally ... Good for street fighting. 😂 Legit the most useful martial arts. I learned it and it taught me how to get out of sticky situations like someone grabbing my pony tail to try to grab and assault me.

The drama scenes of JK fighting are from the cut scenes of their video game BTS World which is no longer active. In the story of the game, there was an alternate time line where the members never met and became BTS. Instead they are all doing other things. JK is on his school's martial arts team. It was the players' job to get the together and become their manager. It was basically a card collecting game but had a great story line and amazing cut scene videos and audio and photos.
No more dream is their debut song in 2013, RM wrote the song in school before his debut when he still was a trainee and didn’t know when or if he was going to debut and what to do after he finished school.

Jimin, Jin have black belts in Taekwondo. Suga has a yellow belt. I heard JK say he has a red belt which is almost a black belt but he did not finish all of the requirements to get the black belt. JK boxes. Jimin initially was the one who boxed. Ernesto, Jimin mentioned three additional Korean martial arts Hapkido, Geumdo, haedonggeumdo. The second and third involve swords too (SK form) Japanese Kendo for 8 years.
Jimin studied Chinese martial arts in China. A lot of K-pop idols including the girls have black belts in Taekwondo. Some Hapkido.
However, Jimin has trained in more forms than any other K-pop idol. Hapkido -Jimin demonstrated while walking on the beach

JK acquired a Poom belt (red/black) before he joined Big Hit at 13 years of age. It’s the highest level you can reach at the junior level (under 15). Effectively a junior black belt. You can’t get a black belt unless you’re over 15. Undoubtedly he can attain it, if he chooses to. He appears to be more interested in boxing where he can go pro if he wishes.
JK specifically said he has a red black belt and Suga said he has an orange belt. I’ve never heard Jin say anything about martial arts so I can’t speak on that.
Jungkook has a black red belt only bc he wasn't 16 at that time. The requirements for the black belt was 16. Jungkook has achieved the highest black belt level and category but he wasn't 16 at that time so he wasn't given the black belt but poom cos of his age. Jungkook can apply for it and retain that if he wants to since he's now 26.
Jimin didn't start boxing. It's jungkook who does boxing and he can be a professional boxer if he wants to with his great skills on boxing. The Japanese great martial arts/boxer expert told him he can be a professional boxer if he wants to.
Jungkook can do acrobatics, gymnastics, run, he can be a sports runner if chose to, martial arts, soccer, badminton etc aside from the fact that Jungkook can sing dance rap a great artist he can draw paint sketch he got his artistic talent from his dad. His brother is also an artist like jungkook. Tho jk said he didn't like studying, his grades are so good . He's really born genius and talented.

In high school his dance teacher payed his tuition because he couldn't afford it because he was so good. In Middle School he was chosen to go to China for 2 weeks for a higher training in taekwondo because he was so good. Jim and was always a straight-A student also in class president for 9 years. He was also his math class substitute teacher if his teacher was out.

I REALLY ENJOYING YOUR COMMENTARY
There’s one lesson to learn from these intro videos about Jimin, and that lesson is: There is more than one Golden boy in BTS! But the label had/still has a different narrative they’ve always wanted to push. I truly believe Jimin was required to ‘muffle’ his many talents and ‘play’ a completely different role.
It is so great that you have this "old" videos from younger days with your son! You was impressive, too! And what a fate you have with BTS!

7:01 - That was early days (2013) with Jungkook picking up Jimin to "kick down" the rest of the group. Thing is...every year they do it...the line of people gets even longer! The last time they performed it, between group members and back-up dancers, I think there were somewhere around 20-25 people standing in that line up!
Also, Jimin has actually done 9 or 10 different forms of martial arts, and actually holds a black belt (or equivalent) in a total of SEVEN of them. Who needs body guards when you have Jimin - and Jungkook - in your group? (I know, I know, legalities...sadly, they have to, but...yeah...LOL)
P.S. JIMIN is really the master of splits, not Kook. He just...does it. Effortlessly. Jumping on a bed, sitting down and his legs just, kind of..."go out", etc.
On a personal note, speaking of destiny:
I have loved BTS' music since 2013. However, (I feel) I didn't truly become ARMY until a little bit later.
Anyway...
1 - One of the older bands I love...each member has their own "group" of fans (like BTS, of course we all love all of the members)...but my favorite in that group? He calls us HIS Army.
2 - Found out, after his death, that my father was in the Army, and actually deployed to serve in the Korean War. While there, he learned a bit of Korean. I do wish I'd known that before he passed. I don't know how much - if any of it - he would have remembered after all these years, but still...would have been cool if I could have asked him.
3 - My husband was in the army before we met. Where did they place him after basic training? Language school. To study...yep...KOREAN! He was allowed to bring him all of his materials when he left and will sometimes help me with my Korean studies.

@@EB-JM I admit to being JK biased however I love, and connect, with aspects of all of them. Plus I am the Jin of my friend group of 7 of us and we each bias different members so switching off photo cards there is never a conflict between us. I admit that all the solo Stan’s, especially JK’s are really annoying but having lived through the Beatles and seeing all the other boy bands since I knew it’d be coming. The lovely thing with BTS is they won’t be pulled apart by outsiders, they love and care for each other too much
Jin revealed he was also a black belt in Taekwondo about a year or so ago. He just revealed it casually as though it was no big deal and he was not joking either, for those naysayers who like to discredit his abilities. He is well known for his athleticism in sports and flexibility.

Hahahaha, thankyou for kicking my butt. On a serious note, the impressive thing is that school system in S Korea is so hard and demanding, I do not know how they made the time to study, train in many disciplines, dance and tutor other schoolmates. Kendo is the coolest martial art.

Он тупо молотит боксерскую грушу или показывали его "тренировку" с тренером. Судя по жтим тренировкам, Чонгук на ринге не продержится и один раунд! Вот в эстафете он бегал хорошо, но один никогда не был первым В группе все ребята спортивные, все занимались боевыми искусствами, но мастер один - Чимин. Он выступал ща сборную страны в Японии и выиграл золотую медаль!

Jungkook has Poom Belt. Is the junior Black Belt for students under the age of 15. Being given a Poom belt before the age of 15 is an achievement. Students who do so demonstrate tremendous potential in the sport of Taekwondo. Usually red with a black or white stripe is the final belt they earn before progressing to the Poom level. Poom is a black belt.
I am sure that if JK had not joined BH at the age of 13, he would have definitely earned an "adult" black belt.
Yes JK has mentioned that he has a red belt in Tae Kwando, he did not manage to complete progressing from the poom belt to the full black belt, probably, due to dropping out to join Big Hit.
