May I know from where can I find thick acetate and magnetic sheets in Colombo pls

You can find 2mm acetate sheet at Jeewa plastics Nugegoda and magnetic sheets from Shanthi plastics Nugegoda. But the magnetic sheets are not adhesive. You will have to use double sided tapes to adhere them.
