- I created this DIY stamp positioning tool for a fraction of the cost of others on the market. The frame was 4.99 at IKEA and I picked up the magnets and magnet sheets for about 5 with coupons at Michaels. Music by DJ Quads

This video is almost 4 years old and this product has since been discontinued at IKEA. The idea for a DIY large frame is still prevalent so I think this video can still be a useful idea if one comes across a similar product or even by layering a shadow box.

I get it, patents, expenditures, free enterprise and $$$! But I'll never understand gouging! That was genius! I bought 3 stamp positioning tools and gave 2 away in giveaways before they pulled the Hampton arts 1 off the shelves.
Yeah i was into the WRMK one as I am a big fan of their products but that was pulled too. So I said I won't pay for the high dollar ones and will go the DIY way. Thanks for watching.

Do you just put the magnetic sheet in the right? You don’t have to raise it up at all?
sophsterm no I didn’t initially then I added a couple sheets of Dollar Tree foam and it worked a bit more smoothly. Thanks for watching!
By chance do you know the correct name of this type of frame. I can't find out on ikea.
