      @@Osirion16 Yoo... time moves on and so does innovation. FFA is said to be efficient at training raw mechanics, cuz you simply get to kill more players per minute then in PUGs. Now Aim Trainers are not really necessary and neither seems FFA to be, but Aimtrainers do a really good job dividing aim into subparts and training those as efficient as possible.
      Converting those raw skills into a match is a whole different beast tho.
      However, saying that most pros dont use it... doesnt really make it useless. Pros are just humans. Humans naturally rather stick to what they know and what everybody does. In the end the thing that matters is how you perform - the way to good performance is entirely up to you, time and luck.

    This makes perfect sense to me. Whenever I start a new game I suck (like everyone). Partly because I don't know the in's and outs of the mechanics but mostly because I don't know the maps and how people interact with them. Half if being amazing at a game is know exactly how other players are going to respond to every situation. And playing the real deal will teach you this.

He's csgo's number one player who doesn't even aim train and only practice in faceit. Yea it's true that he just hops into a game to practice, but he doesn't just go rush into site mindlessly and die. surfing is a great way to introduce new players to the back end movement physics of the game. it amplifies the concept of strafing in air and thus will bring them closer to learning how to properly bhop for the first time.

    I used to train on aimbot/deathmatch and training using actual games gives you much more experience in how real players play/act in a game which I feel gives you a sixth sense of where they could be or what would be their next move/position.

      @misot90 3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Correct. If you play enough games, people tend to do certain habits/plays at certain points in time on specific situations that you'll find a pattern sooner or later.
      With enough experience, people tend to become predictable the higher their supposed skill levels are. That's why lower ranked players are so wild to play against is that they haven't developed advanced game tactics yet. While higher ranked ones tend to follow a script/routine that's easier to read.

    • @enjoytheshow.2438
      @enjoytheshow.2438 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@misot90 Exactly, If you get good at reading how people react/act in-game then other skills such as aim don't become such a prevalent problem. I got to MGE without ever learning the full spray patterns of the M4 or AK simply because I didn't need to if I already had the upper hand in predicting where they come from or are going to be. Of course there were plenty of times where taking the time to learn them would have been beneficial but in the grand scheme of things I was still able to achieve a high rank with, in my opinion, pretty subpar aim in the rank I was in.

    And yet I have people on my friends list with 3k wins in mm that are silver. Without commenting on their aim, I can say that their movement, decision making, composure, gamesense, is just not good. I think that some people really need to parse out specific aspects of the game and sharpen them to a point, but the fact that zywoo is so good by spending his time playing matches, means he really did/does learn the game differently and was able to ABSOLUTELY MASTER the basics in a way that is pretty low yield for a lot of people.

It obviously means you will start cold your first games but a 4 or 5 games should get you fully warmed up.
