And for the same reasons, they can't support you when you're sad or grieving. During your toughest times, you'll not receive any support or comfort.

You made an excellent point in your video. Just because someone lacks empathy doesn’t mean that they are void of emotions. Thank you for clarifying this for me. It was very confusing seeing individuals who are most likely narcissists exhibit all kinds of emotions but whenever I tried to express mine I was given the silent treatment, stonewalled or called too sensitive

You are welcome! I am pleased to hear it was helpful and provided clarification. And yes, they can experience emotions but the emotions are inner focused without consideration of others.

Beautifully explained thank you. I was living this but didn't know why it was happening and it really does leave you feeling very alone, especially when my ex a covert narcissist made sure I never had time to maintain any friendships outside of her and her kids and her friends. Your videos have helped my healing a lot thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.

The total selfishness and complete lack of care were really hard to come to terms with. Dealing with someone who literally does not care about your feelings or wellbeing, or even recognise you as a person with feelings, is a very strange and isolating experience. I also found it hard to realise I ceased to exist to them as soon as the interaction had finished and they had what they needed. The only time I would exist again to them is if I initiated contact, or they needed something from me.

It took me a long time to see this, especially the part about ceasing to exist as soon as they had what they needed.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. As you said, it is very isolating. Nothing makes you feel more unseen than someone who can't even treat you with respect and not use you for their own gain.

❤ On point! The roller coaster ride with narcs,
will never stop bc narcs are every where. Please do a video on Overlook
ed important topics.Ex. Always build, increase potential positive net
works of people (CONSTANTLY),but deeply scrutinize them. I overlooked gang stalk videos bc I never
thought my turn will come, but it did & I had absolutely no help. The guy I dated had a part in this. Loyalty to a hidden narc is dangerous isolation
in the long run & suffering.

My comment is this can a nassistist change or get better. And become a normal person caring having empathy? Can vitamins or supplements change them? From Alex.
