Dude I love the scrambler style you used on this GS550, I always see them in cafe-style but dude you absolutely nailed it on this build with the scrambler style, absolutely perfect in my eyes, very well done brother!
What a beautiful job. I have two of these bikes and they're really a great size. I'll never add luggage to the 550 because it's so peppy when it's light.
Just bought a 1980 gs550e. Wanting to do something similar. You did a beautiful job. I'd love a parts list if you have one. Would love a lot of your features.
Hi Matt I have a 1979 GS 550, And I would love to know what exhaust you were using and where it can purchase from… Or if it’s custom. Your bike is absolutely amazing and inspirational thanks
A beautiful bike! Well done. I’m actually working on a ‘82 GS550 and I’ve gone to the same K&n pods. Do you happen to know what jet sizes you went to with the pods? Thanks!
Hi tbh I had loads of trouble sorting carbs out .had to get a dynojet kit .which helped a lot but then I had to go bigger with the main jets .biggest in kit was 155 .I had to go up to 170 needles on 3rd notice down .ran a lot better after that .it wouldn't run past first part throttle.till I put dynojet kit on .hope that helps.
Very nice build, one of the best Suzuki Scrambler builds I’ve seen. Curious where you got some of your parts; pegs/gear shifter, headlight and cylinder head cover caps?
WOW, awesome build! I am starting a scrambler project on my '77 GS500 now. I was wondering, which exhaust manifolds you are using on your GS, or are they also custom built by you? Again, awesome work man!!!
Well done build. I also have a 550 that I've turned into a scrambler. Right now I'm running it without a fender.. did you have to make fender risers to get it to fit those TKC 80s? Same tires I'm running
Hey awesome bike! I have a ‘77 GS550 and I was just wondering what kn filters you have. I’ve been looking all over but all the pods I’ve gotten hit the frame on the outer cylinders

Looks good really nice job! What year is the bike? Love the mudguard & exhaust mounts. I have the same tailight on my CB350 got it at Ryca Motors. Sounds awesome too! Cheers!
@@michaelhughes425 that’s what I’ve been told. I was curious if I should just leave the stock plastic section on and replace the box with a big pod filter instead.
