    Dude I love the scrambler style you used on this GS550, I always see them in cafe-style but dude you absolutely nailed it on this build with the scrambler style, absolutely perfect in my eyes, very well done brother!

    What a beautiful job. I have two of these bikes and they're really a great size. I'll never add luggage to the 550 because it's so peppy when it's light.

    Just bought a 1980 gs550e. Wanting to do something similar. You did a beautiful job. I'd love a parts list if you have one. Would love a lot of your features.

      It took me around one and half years to do most of the parts are one off hand made

    A beautiful bike! Well done. I’m actually working on a ‘82 GS550 and I’ve gone to the same K&n pods. Do you happen to know what jet sizes you went to with the pods? Thanks!

      Hi tbh I had loads of trouble sorting carbs out .had to get a dynojet kit .which helped a lot but then I had to go bigger with the main jets .biggest in kit was 155 .I had to go up to 170 needles on 3rd notice down .ran a lot better after that .it wouldn't run past first part throttle.till I put dynojet kit on .hope that helps.

    Very nice build, one of the best Suzuki Scrambler builds I’ve seen. Curious where you got some of your parts; pegs/gear shifter, headlight and cylinder head cover caps?

    WOW, awesome build! I am starting a scrambler project on my '77 GS500 now. I was wondering, which exhaust manifolds you are using on your GS, or are they also custom built by you? Again, awesome work man!!!

    Well done build. I also have a 550 that I've turned into a scrambler. Right now I'm running it without a fender.. did you have to make fender risers to get it to fit those TKC 80s? Same tires I'm running

    Hey awesome bike! I have a ‘77 GS550 and I was just wondering what kn filters you have. I’ve been looking all over but all the pods I’ve gotten hit the frame on the outer cylinders

    Where is your battery?
    Tire sizes?
    What are those exhaust?
    Selfmade manifold?
    Are these Rizoma brake fliud..?

      Hi it's a gs550e the exhaust was a one off I had made tyre size was 18x110 rear front was 19x90.yes break pots are rizamo and battery is under swing arm along with starter solinoied and reg/rec

      Foot pegs are original brackets and triumph foot pegs off Ebay welded on break and clutch levers are gsxr. Rear break caliper is sv650 so I could have it under mounted

      K&N RC-2382 then I had to get a dynojet kit for the bike think I had 170 main jets needles on 3rd groove down wouldn't run right till I got the dynojet kit with needles

      It's from a gs750 1978 I think they only did it for one year spoke rear with disc

      Hi battery under swing arm if you look close you will see the battery box . Just a lithium battery cant remember what size it was

      There k&n go on there website you will find them but they are a nightmare to set carbs up I had to buy a dyno kit to get them working ok
