Well that suits you sirs, fantastic as I could not get this year due to various bits dropping off or should I say wearing out ( having laser treatment on me eye) so really great full for giving us the run around, thank you to the odd ones, and now I will not sleep wondering what’s new for me hunter, Ted
Last time I went to a motorcycle show (it was at Earl's Court) you couldn't get near to the bikes and certainly weren't allowed to climb on them. And we were all so much younger 😂
Yes Dave. That red and gold guerilla.. 💯 👌. I am building myself a man cave.. Big TV at the end for your vids and getting a bike in there on one of those exhibition stands to sit on and watch the vloggs.. Gonna be an armchair biker. 💯🤣🤣🤣🤓
The Guerrilla is a Beaty isn’t it, the Red is so deep and rich and the gold is lovely too. Nowt wrong with being an armchair biker biker and great to have you along for the rides albeit virtually 😀 Get that man cave built mate 😀 p.s I’m watching your Scotland Video, in small chunks, takes me right back to our adventures up there last year 👍🏻
@@MerciaMoto :) like war and peace. i need the memory drives back so upload every mile :). Thanks for asking about the yellow Bear, shame about that, bugger! Great video, lots of things on there I didn't see. I'll have to go mid week next year when it's not so busy 👍 Your mate made the Bear look tiny, is he like 7 ft tall?
@@GlynOC your very welcome Glyn, yeah we always go midweek and it was pretty quiet this year, snow may have kept folks away. I reckon a yellow version of the Bear would look stunning, and knowing your tinkering and customising capabilities I can see one finding a place in your collection 😀 I told Paul you’d asked how tall he was and he asked if your a Hollywood casting agent and thought he’d been talent scouted, I quickly took the wind out of his sales on that front! 😂😂 he’s 6’3” by the way. Cheers 😀👍🏻
@@MerciaMotoI've just rewatched the part where Paul tries out the Bear and he does make it look small doesn't he. More Hunter - ish. Now if they did one with the yellow/alloy tank like the BSA... You can do it, Glyn 👍
Dave :) . Just rewatched with my sausage sarnie. I caught the fact you didn't sit on anything.. CUS you do tend to- IF YU SIT ON IT you bought it kind of thing :)) 😁.. Ended the day with a few stickers and a nice free coffee . I bet the missus felt your brow and asked if you were feeling ok when ypu got home without saying picking up the new Bear next week at QBs :)
Haha hope you enjoyed your sausage sarnie Dave. I did sit on a few bikes but my main priority for the day was cameraman! 😂😂 Her indoors was indeed shocked that I returned home empty handed 😀👍🏻
I came to the conclusion Tall Paul was on a mission to find the smallest bike he could fit on. I guessed you'd all be heading to the RE stand, well who wouldn't it hardly makes me psychic. Both CCM and RE have some good looking machines but I'm afraid I'm not quite ready for the pipe and slippers yet.
@@greywolf9292 hiya Mick, yeah he does seem to be drawn to the smaller bikes, I struggled to keep him away from the Monkey bikes and Groms 😂😂 I’m not a fan off the concept CCM 🤫 and keep those pipes and slippers tucked away in the cupboard… for now! 😂😂👍🏻
Thanks Dave, one thing that stood out for me was the place looked deserted!🤔 I like the new Bear, not keen on the Classic 650, looks to much like a Shotgun/Cruiser style bike , needs to look like the Classic 350 with a bigger engine to have the credentials of a Classic, its weight would also put me off at 243kg.☹️ Wouldn't mind seeing the new Honda GB350 when it arrives as I understand that Honda are going to market it at a little under 4K. Thanks anyway for giving us the guided tour.🙂👍
We tend to go midweek and it did feel like there were less there than last year, the snow may have been a contributing factor 🤔 the classic 650’s aren’t really my cup of tea, but the fit and finish is excellent. With regards to the Bear, I do like it but I can’t get away from the fact that it’s pretty much a slightly restyled Interceptor, and having owned an Interceptor previously owning a Bear doesn’t appeal to me. Nice bikes though. Cheers for watching and leaving a comment 👍🏻😀
Seems very quiet there, Dave. Those earlier small bikes you looked at had the most skimpy front mudguards I've seen. Until you filmed Paul on the Guerilla I hadn't realised how rearset the footpegs are. Do you not find your hips lock up on a ride 😯 or is that just me 😂
@@Lanes-Explorer5733 hello Peter, I think the skimpy mudguard you’re referring to was on the CCM? Yes the footpegs on the Guerrilla are set back in comparison to the Hunter, fortunately my knees seem to be in reasonable shape at the moment, wish I could say the same for some of my other body parts! 😂👍🏻
