Just got my GX P+, going to connect my cargo net and add a piece of 2x4 with velcro attached to the narrow side to secure it to the carpet. Thinking of adding the auto folding mirror dongle. I actually misplaced the auto folding mirror dongle in my garage. I think I accidentally threw it away so I never got to install it but I’ll buy another one on Amazon soon. I never lived in Brooklyn 😆 I’ve never been there either.
We recently swapped out the dunlops for the Michelin defender atx and the difference is quite substantial. Drives more car like after the tire change (which you may or may not prefer). We much prefer the Michelins and we’ll worth the update. Also, for the CarPlay, you can use the Motorola wireless adapter (MA1 or something like that). Keep the motorola in that little compartment, close the lid, and you’ll have wireless CarPlay or android auto. It can store up to two phones flawlessly depending if him/her driving. You can use the extra lighter power outlet in that same hidden compartment for two extra usb charging cords when you need them.
I was thinking about getting those tires but I decided to wait until I get new rims. I love Michelin tires. I run the PS4s on my IS350. I don’t mind the wired CarPlay, I just don’t like where Lexus place the usb outlet. However I can give the Motorola wireless adapter a try.
Great videos! I am currently looking at 2020 models because they are more within my budget. do you feel the "tech" upgrades are worth waiting for a 22? I put tech in parenthesis because outside of the screen it looks pretty much the same. Also i can get a wireless car play adapter for the 20 model.
@@carrera3.262 Thank you. The tech upgrades are definitely worth it on 2022-23 model year if you can find one at a decent price. You can always upgrade the screen with CarPlay/ Android Auto on 2020-21 but it doesn’t like OEM. I did aftermarket CarPlay/Android Auto on my IS350, it work fine but not as good as OEM. The only thing is 2022-23 are still kind of expensive so get yourself a good pre-own certified 2020-21 and add CarPlay to it.
