@@patricknguyen632 You can check it with an industrial endoscope. However, you still have to remove the air intake system and the throttle body to get the endoscope to go under the intake manifold. In my case, I knew it was leaking because I saw pink coolant dripping behind the motor while I was underneath of the car.
@@patricknguyen632 Previous owner told me that he replaced the water pump about 6 months before I purchased it from him but who knows. I’ll just replace the thermostat and coolant sensor while I’m doing valley plate leak. Hopefully it was oem water pump.
@@SlowWhip Sounds good. Could you make a video of the valley plate leak and the thermostat change out? I will tackle the water pump and thermostat soon. My coolent level is constant. Doesnt appear to be leaking anywhere yet
@@joekavalauskas8767 I have new hood struts but they don’t work either because someone didn’t align the hood properly when they reinstalled it on the car. My brother will take it off and align it properly for me. They installed the hood too far back which makes it difficult for the struts to hold it.
Keep these videos coming. I’m about to buy one tomorrow
@productive23 I will definitely. Congrats
🦾 at tackling that challenge
@@colby3333 💪🏾 It requires a lot of time and patience but it’s getting done

Beside talking off everything to verify, is there an easier way to tell or a sign tale?

@@patricknguyen632 Yes I will make a video. I just haven’t had the time to tackle it again because I have school and work.
You can get a pair of hood struts for like $25 and replace them with a butter knife in 5 minutes. A WORLD better than a 2x4 piece of wood.
