But Kakashi's version of Kamui really doesn't affect Obito's version of Kamui. I believe Obito told him that too as he was taking Sasuke away after the Team 7 reunion at that Samurai Bridge.

So Kakashi hit Obito with Kamui while Obito was casting his Kamui on himself and therefore was able to teleport twice as fast. So all Kakashi would be doing, would just actually help Obito...
