Fluid and electrolyte balance is an essential nursing topic that is heavily emphasized on nursing school exams and the NCLEX.
This video covers key concepts about regulating intravenous fluids, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous levels in the body. Causes of electrolyte imbalances, signs and symptoms of abnormal levels, and appropriate nursing care are explained. Understanding replacement protocols, diet modifications, and patient education ensures safe clinical management of fluid volume excess or deficit conditions. Reviewing this content will prepare nursing students to answer exam and NCLEX questions on this high-yield topic."

I'm watching this video since i last attended nsg school last 2006 and I'm planning to take my nclex RN exam this year.
I noticed that in the CALCIUM segment, you mentioned the stones, moans & groans in HYPERcal because the Ca+ is leaving the bones.
At the same time, in HYPOcal you mentioned that bones are weak because Ca+ is leaving the bones also.
I hope you could pls make clarification on this.
    Thank you.
