What you described in the end is basically the concept of Jing or unrenewable life essence in traditional chinese medicine. The kidney stores this essence and a symptom of decreasing jing is graying of the hairs. Spot on 👍🏻

Perhaps this is 'the call" to be a Servant of a Greater Community to become a "Monk" living in service to a Community...you are so lucky to be able to enter life again breaking the molds in manufacture of humanity. Be bkessed on your journey...its all right....don't reject, embrace your fortune to invite your fate...its all right...

You are absolutely correct. When you are at that line fighting for that person who is slipping and you do everything you can at all times of the day - within boundaries. It takes from you..some see it as gritt others see stoicism.

I used to run a lot and what your saying is very true, You learn a lot from yourself when pushed to your limit and the more you do, The more it kills you inside, But it builds you to become your idol.

Good video, you aren’t alone in these as well, Goggins uses the first tactic and calls it his ‘mental garage’, and Eddie hall used a similar tactic to the second with his 500kg dead, imagining he was picking his car up off of his kids. I’ve used a similar tactic when going for PRs in the gym, it’s powerful, but definitely not a mind frame you want to be in. Props man.

Awesome insight, I’m definitely going to try these techniques on my rucking training im doing now. The mind is so powerful, so many things can change, in just an instant by changing the story you’re telling yourself.

The only way to be have the mindset to face anything is with and through God...Look at his apostles all died hard deaths and were glad for it.
St Peter was going to be crucified he said "I request you therefore, executioners, to crucify me head-downwards in this way and no other.” Peter gives a final speech while upside down on the cross and then dies....
Toughest ever is Jesus and those wanting true righteous toughness that will carry you through anything should follow the way. Having the Lord on your side you are more powerful than you can imagine.

Please keep it up with these types of videos. The suzy-q video was the first video i saw of yours, and much like that video, you give real solutions. Your presentation is not vague in the least bit, which is something that many of these folks making videos on TH-cam could stand to learn from you. YWHW bless you, brother!

How has your mindset and values tracked or changed since before you went to prison? Do you know why you did the armed robbery? What do you think of that now? How do you describe your own psychology beyond the mental tricks for doing physical feats? That is not to diminish the physical feats in any way or the value of the mental tricks, but you do make references to the mind, body and soul; and obviously you have done extraordinary athletic feats. It would just be good to understand the psychological side more. Could you do a video on it?

Dorian Yates applied something similar when Bodybuilding. When he was tired, hungry and depleted he would envision someone with a gun to his child's head. If he did not finish the set.... well you know the rest........

My best friend - Iove him like a brother - his behavior - I can't take it anymore. My shoulder is messed up - the worst szemario is - I lose my left arm (the arm with the shoulder problems) I've felt That something is wrong I've been treating everyone toxic. My doc told me in the worst case szemario I could lose my left arm. His opinion is that I had to talk to him about it - my opinion is that I don't have to - my opinion is that I don't want to waste the time of his pr other people - it is what it is. What should I do now?? I think to cut all people, out of my life, cause it the worst case scenario comes true I would kill myself, what should I do??
