I never, ever leave a comment on recipes i've tried. But then your shrimp batter recipe came into my life and girl, let me tell you! This is the best recipe I have tried so far. THE BEST! My parents and I LOVED it! My dad said "Son los camarones mas deliciosos, esquisitos y perfectos que alla probado en mi vida! Y en tacos!" he was hesitant about the tacos because he thought it was a taboo to eat shrimp with tortillas.
My son and I watch you videos at bedtime every time one is posted and now when we cook together he says “time for the best part, the taste test”, and we take bets on if your going to say “super delicious” or “so good” after your have your first bite! Keep them coming!
I luv yr 💓 videos and you make it easy to want to make your recipes. You need to be careful putting your pretty nails in hot oil and water. I seen you do that when you were making the delicious shrimp 🌮.

We are from California, we have always cooked Mexican, we now live in Mexico and have made several of your recipe. We are now making these tacos tonight, even though we had lamb y papas tacos for lunch. Pulling some home made frijoles refritos from the freezer for a side to have with some cole slaw. I made these for my family today. I’ve been making it a goal to make one dish a week for them so I can learn to cook. They loved them! I added a little bit of Tony’s seasoning and it gave it a great flavor as well. I also made a chipotle lime sauce which was amazing 😊

I made this and it was AHHHHmazing! The batter for the shrimp was super tasty. I made my own pico salsa , squeezed some lemon and had cabbage on it since I didn’t have all the ingredients for everything. My family said it reminded them of being back in Ensenada. Highly recommend making these!!!!
I loved this recipe today, I think what I would do different is we usually soak our red onion in lime and salt until it’s soft (takes a few hour) for topping .. we do add habanero (when we make tacos Durados) but with the chilteptin sauce was super spicy ( and delicious) 😊😍😋

Tacos are always good. Especially with Serrano , you just gotta make sure you wash your hands after chopping any chilies because they will burn your hands😉 I always cry chopping a onion girl. Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe!❤️
