I tried today. It came out very well tasty and crispy. Jst i have used ghee two spoons in jaggery syrup and added rice flour when i got one string in jaggery syrup. But taste was awesome. Thanks for sharing flour soaking idea.
I tried it. Kept it for one day. But it's separate in the oil... How to fix it.. i just added half cup additional flour now . Not sure how it come now..
Hi. Why do you want to ferment? No need for fermentation. If you have enough time- then you can make adhirasams using traditional method itself like (soaking the rice for 12 hrs then grinding to a powder). This is a quick method, and yet gives the similar results.
Yalkalu dont out whole Do powder and put madam 😊 Second thing they are ok for instant satisfaction but soaking for days is best method God bless you all 🎉🎉🎉
Actually telling is the cook did it But true fact wen i tried they dont turn Out well hard or less taste So i stopped dear😅😅😅 If you want instant satisfaction without pain you can prepare these😅🎉🎉🎉

Super ma👌👌
Hi mam can I use sugar in place of jaggery
I have never tried with sugar. But i think it will come for sure, but you will not get that brownish color.
God bless you for sharing the recipe ameen amen 🙏😇💐
Mine is breaking up in the oil ..what is the reason ?
Dough must be too hard.
How to fix it then
Hi. Should we rest the dough for sometime before making?
Hi.. I didn't rest the dough for a specific time. Since the dough will be hot, I allowed it to cool down so that it will be comfortable to handle
👍👍
Mam i tried it but ye sb fat gye kadayi mei hi bane hi nahi
I'm sorry to know this. Kya aapne aise hin try kiya?
I tried similar way but the dough was hard after cools down
Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of milk for 100 gram of dough and make it soft
Happened same for me too
Yalkalu dont out whole
Do powder and put madam
😊
Second thing they are ok for instant satisfaction but soaking for days is best method
God bless you all 🎉🎉🎉
Awesome video
That looks way more than a cup! Please don’t use random cups
Squeezing oil above the oil kadai is not recommended..very unsafe. You can remove the adirsam into a plate then do the squeezing.
Sure Mam. Thanks for bringing this point of safety .
Actually telling is the cook did it

Out well hard or less taste

Obviously there will be a difference
Update ur camera !!!
My did not come well it is like rock
Sorry to know mam. Did you make it very thin? That's the reason it might have come hard like a papad.
